Mumbai to Mangalore video with new Volvo b11R

I had bad experience traveling by VRL from Shivamogga to Mumbai in August 2022. The Drivers were very rude , who were not trained how to treat the passengers . There were halting in unscheduled stops, when I questioned them I was insulted in front of other passengers, Yeh Buddha jyada hi bol raha hai . I am a senior citizen.
