Heck yes. Usagi Tsukino's voice in English should be done by an Asian woman and should not sound tomboyish at all. No wonder many people prefer Stepanie Sheh. At least you know how to grow up. Anyways, we haven't heard the last of Sailor Moon because we get Sailor Moon Cosmos later this year.

Note that the "BIG AGE DIFFERENCE" between Usagi and Mamoru is an anime only thing. Usagi was 14 and Mamoru was 16, ONLY TWO YEARS DIFFERENCE.

I don’t know why but I find 90s anime Usagi is a bit better than manga Usagi. Really though, I can’t stand that princess crying followed by fainting in the manga. Like what the fish???!! And Naoko made those scenes so damn serious I can’t help but laughed! Anime is a bit more fun and serious when it needs to be. Toei did a well done job changing the anime a bit so it’s more tolerable.
