    As other commenters said, I too am glad you are including more Air Fryer Recipes. For an "Old Geezer" (72 yrs) who lives alone - The Air Fryer makes cooking easy & quick with little clean-up afterwards. Ever since my son gave me one for Christmas, my menus has become more varied (and healthier).

    Thanks to you, I can no longer say that I do not like asparagus. I cooked mine 10 minutes though. It’s sooooo delicious. Thank you so much!

      AWESOME! So glad you like asparagus now, I was the same way, I used to hate asparagus, but only because growing up, it was always boiled or steamed and I didn't like it. In the air fryer or sauteed in a grill pan or actually cooked on the barbecue grill is the only way to go!

    My mom taught me ro snap the ends because when you cut them, a lot of the fibrous pieces still remain.
    Other rhan that, thank you for rhe rexipe....looking forward to trying this 😊

    • @inthekitchenwithmatt
      @inthekitchenwithmatt  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thanks! You can certainly snap them but once you cook them regularly you can cut where the snap point is and cutting is so much faster than snapping them. Or just snap one from a batch and see where the break is and just line the others all up and cut where the snap was if that makes sense.

    I have fixed asparagus in an air fryer before & it was to die for! But, I don’t like any type cheese, so what I did differently was that I used all the ingredients that you listed except the cheese & also seasoned mine with balsamic vinegar!

      Timing will vary depending on what you are using. And it will depend on the air fryer. Every one cooks a little different.

  • @laurenpiantino8312
    @laurenpiantino8312 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I've always roasted mine; but I'll give it a try in the air fryer. Either way it doesn't take long to cook, the difficulty is in marrying the time up with other foods one is cooking; or t least it is for me. lol. :)

    • @inthekitchenwithmatt
      @inthekitchenwithmatt  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes!! That is the difficulty, because if you do asparagus too soon then it just sits there and gets cold, haha.

    400 F is a little over 204 C.... not 25C. 25C is room temp. Other than that.... great recipe.

    • @inthekitchenwithmatt
      @inthekitchenwithmatt  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes correct which is exactly what I said in the video. I said "400 F which is about 200 to 205C) I did not say 25C. And thanks! Do not rely on the captions, TH-cam does those and they are crap haha. Listen to what I actually say. But I fixed the caption.

    Pls pls pls wait until the air fryer is at the temperature you need before putting your food in, that will decrease the waiting time for the optimal temperature and decrease cooking time just like in an standard oven.

    Shouldn't use metal prongs in an air fryer because it scratches the coating which releases very toxic material into your food. Other than that great video

    • @inthekitchenwithmatt
