Hi, I have a Brother SE2000 and I can not for the life of me get the correct tension for embroidery. I have on the screen a pair of scissors with thread hooping together and if I press the little book looking icon i can adjust embroidery tension as well. How do I know which is top and bottom tension. I have watched your video but I am still not clear on my machine which is which. Can you PLEASE help me with this. Ty

M y machine is automatic tension and I rarely have to adjust. You should say this is only required with manual tension adjust machines.

@@joannetaylor3656 My Janome 300e settled at 1.75, - the spot just before 2. At least it wasn't 0, can't get lower than that! < : )
