Me: **went to a treadmill first for 20 minutes** **then hits the stair master next with barely a rest** That was a mistake. Both of my legs cramped out. I couldn't get down the stair case. Took probably 15 minutes till I was able to maneuver myself down and sat on a chair.
I like that she made herself comfortable i hate people staring at my butt while trying to work out. Might try the pants but find the stick to my knees and pull down.

Instead she chose to do it right I'm front of the camera with her back facing the camera as well.

I love the stairmaster. Put that shit at level 12 and just zoom for 10 minutes and you are zooming. When i was training for long distance running i would run on an incline for a few miles and finish with a stairmaster till muscle failure. The next day always felt like a new circle of hell was carved just for my legs.
Im 6'4" and 260lbs and the stairmaster is brutal.
