@@GeoffreyKimMusic Does that mean the sound we are hearing is not the natural analogue sound of the guitar itself, through a normal guitar amp, but a digital jazz guitar sound effect created by the computer software you are using?
@@donjohnstone3707 that's a good question and I'm not sure I know the answer 100% - I am playing through an interface into the laptop/Cakewalk Sonar - I am not using an amp simulator but I am using a little reverb. It is possible that the software or the interface "colors" the sound somewhat but I couldn't tell exactly what the difference would be...
@@GeoffreyKimMusic got yu I believe you get a way cleaner sound that way. I’m thinking about getting a sadowski. I’d like to hear it directly into an amp

Hi! what audio interface do you use? thank you
I used an M-Audio interface for this recording but now I use a Focusrite...
Hi. Great playing? What did you play/record this through?
Hi there - I'm recording the Gibson L4 direct into my laptop/Sonar Cakewalk using an M-Audio interface
@@GeoffreyKimMusic Your tone is nice. Great playing! May I ask if you were using a specific VTS or just Cakewalk alone? Thanks!
@@skoughtw thanks, I think you mean VST? I am just recording into Cakewalk and adding a little reverb - that's it...
@@GeoffreyKimMusic Yes, long day for me! LOL. Well, that sounds like the real deal. Thanks!
