    This is AWESOME! My take away is Knowing my Desire/Goal + Communicating Desire = Motivation for Discipline Self to Action = Success (even if only Forward movement) + Reward (even if only personal recognition and celebration)! BOOM!

    Thanks for this informative video. While academic intelligence is of course important, emotional intelligence is also vital to have, in that it enables you to empathise and emotionally connection with people.

    Emotional intelligence is at the core of a fulfilling life, yet it is nearly neglected in formal schooling - I'm thinking of my kids. in elementary, middle , and high school where academic intelligence is the priority. As parents we need to take a very active role to provide a good foundation of emotional intelligence, and as adults we need to continue working on our own. Thank you for this very well versed video on emotional intellidence.
