I have this metaphor for my brain that I've been using for nearly a decade. bad, negative feelings and intrusive thoughts are Brain Weasels; good thoughts and all other feelings are made by Emotions Mouse; and the part of me that pays attention in therapy and knows all the coping techniques is Logic Rat. This video feels very Affirmative Of Logic Rat. I love it.

I love this video, but the one thing that would have made it PERFECTION is if we would have started out at a lower audio, and a blurry vision. That way when you recalibrate or turn up the volume, it would have made us feel more clear headed!
Lately I've been going through a rough time and haven't been able to sleep well and relax. My university demands that we write a ton of essays with absurdly short deadlines and it's really difficult to find time to switch off my brain and just exist for a while without feeling guilty about not working. But your videos have always reminded me that it's important to rest, so thank you for being here for so many of us and keeping us sane! Truly appreciate it 🖤
