As per contract, extra item should called as Non Tendered Item and Substitution Item should be called as Tender Deviated Item.

Sir Extra items are those items which are not the part of BOQ and are completely new and in addition to items in the contract.
Substituted items are those which substitute the existing ones or are taken up in place of already existed item in BOQ.
Deviated items are actually the same existing items in BOQ but there is a considerable increase or decrease in the quantities during execution of such items present in BOQ.
