How to SETUP your NINTENDO SWITCH for Beginners

Hi, this video shows a complete detailed setup of the Nintendo Switch. It covers the setup of the Cables, the Joy Cons, Parental Controls, downloading a Digital Game, inserting a game cartridge, connecting to the Internet via WiFi, connecting to the internet via a Wired Connection using a USB LAN adapter, pairing up various joy cons and the pro controller and using TV inputs other then HDMI such as Scart, Composite and DVI.

Mate, although basically everything you said is common sense and doesnt need explaining at this point for most people, I actually do appreciate the amount of detail and explain everything clearly and not missing a single thing, to as you say older folk who might not get these kinda things all the time. I know if my parents wanted to get me one, and Im sure thousands of parents have done, you really make their lives easier. When I got my Switch (the neon one like I wanted), I found it on Craigslist with 6 games; Mario Odyssey, Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze, Zelda BotW, MK8D, Mario+Rabbids, AND Minecraft, included was a pro controller, the comfort grip, the joy con rail covers for detached, a 64gb Switch branded card, a Best Buy brand Insignia dock (better than the official because it doesn't completely surround it), all for $290. Also had a carry case and a glass screen protector... Couldn't believe I found that kinda deal.
