Thanks Lee for the information and video. Now if Orange Pi would release a Compute module board with a RK3588 chip compatible with the Raspberry hardware boards such as what you are using.....well I can dream....:)! Have a nice day.
16:14 It's probably stutters because there is no video hardware acceleration support in the OS that you are using. It's the only explanation I can think of because the same video file works just fine on your Mac and we should all know by now that the Raspberry Pi lacks video hardware acceleration support.
My prime computer field is visual recognition systems. I see you. Most of my advisories want me in the ICU. Had my rvf (rasterized vector format) working in 84-88. They killed off the Amiga and it would not transport to Intel....spm/ldm commands with pc relative branching. Works on rpi/rkpi/opi. Now for a new MRI/ultrasound. The ultra resonant Emitter Array. U.R.E.A.!🤣🤣🤣🥰,jpk I invented both.
I wonder if anybody has attempted to run Hyperbian/Hyperion on the X635? It would be ideal to combine that setup with Retropie or Libreelec creating the video stream that is being fed into the camera port.
Their screen shots are from 64 bit Pi, where raspistill is no longer supported and the raspi-config treats the software as legacy. The 32 bit is still ok. I'm assuming things like libcamera-jpeg (64 bit tool) may work, but I've not got the hardware so can't check.
Libcamera didn’t work for me. I also tried cheese and obs. The answer for more options looks like Gstreamer qengineering.eu/install-gstreamer-1.18-on-raspberry-pi-4.html
@@leepspvideo Cheese definitely does not work and I get the feeling it uses rapistill under the covers. I'm not sure why it comes with the installation. Looks a good product gstreamer.

Nice device, thanks for the video.
Your previous ssh attempt was using the account pi which is why it failed. Not an IP address vs hostname issue
Might be interesting - if the CM4 were available somewhere ☹
Since you have an OrangePi5Plus, it would be cool to make a video streaming TH-cam via HDMI Input.
OrangePi5Plus supports up to 4K 60fps.

Another great video Thx
But the Geekqorm web site colors are bad. I find i hard to read info/prices etc
Now. How do I Implement this into a Self Hosting OA-TV signal into a Self Hosted Server......🧐
Gonna have to look more into this
Well Done!

you should prob get a KVM switch for all the port changing lol

I cheated and used a "USB - HDMI Capture Dervice" on Pi4

Interesting. Can you stream the captured image/video over ethernet so you can watch it on another computer (using a browser or VLC)?
Yes
@@leepspvideo Can you show how to (and what it takes)?
@@aamiddel8646 I would probably try a plex server, or Kodi.
does the X635 boot & run the pikvm images?
Pi KVM attempt CM4 with Geekworm X635 board. Raspberry Pi
th-cam.com/video/rJ8T6LE0F88/w-d-xo.html
Does it work on Raspberry Pi 5?
Thanks.
👍
No, the board is for a compute module 4
@@leepspvideo Thanks.
🙋
Input.....more input......need input.... I wrote Short Circuit.❤️🥰😇,jpk rk3588 much faster. rk3588 datasheet....built in!
