Great video, love all the tips on how to package. I always send cardboard envelopes inside of the polymer paks too! It’s been working and rather have that extra protection to not cost any funding conditions. Love your videos.. 😊
Courtney the job from NG requires me to drop them off at Fed X same day. My appointment is at 6pm lets say I drop them off at a FedEx drop off at Wallgreens at 8:30 pm do they expect them to be shipped overnight? I stopped by the FedEx X drop off site at wallgreens and they told me picks up are the next day at 7am or 9am. I would think i'm responsible for dropping them off, and getting the track number. The guy from notary go told me if I drop them off after the appointment. I don't need to do scan backs. How does that work? I would sure appreciate your feedback. Especially since you're California like me. Thank you, Courtney.
i wouldn’t take them to walgreens.. always go to an actual fedex location. usually when you have late appointments its ok to drop them off the next day so you would do scanbacks. because there aren’t any pickups that late. i would let NG know you’ll scanback and deliver first thing in the AM. i believe you should be fine but double check!
@itscourtneythenotary I would take them but they are closed. I will reach out to the contact and let them know the specifics and see what he'd have me do. Thank you Courtney
Hi new subscriber. Just wanted to ask I got an assignment that says seller, (e doc). So what does that mean? I'm thinking it's like electronic signatures or is it all paper? What do you think? Thanks
thank you for subscribing! it can mean one of two things. either it will be majority documents they will sign on the computer (if you are in a state that requires notarizations in person, those will be on physical paper) or it's just stating how they are sending the docs, in which you would print them like normal. to verify I would call the company that gave you the assignment ☺️ hope this helps!
Great video, this one and your prep video especially! I ran into something weird when I shipped out with UPS for the first time today. My poly pak/envelope thingies hadn't arrived yet, I just had the cardboard envelopes. The clerk gave me the poly ones but made me bag the docs in the poly and then put them in the cardboard. They said it was because the shipping label was only for an envelope and the poly pak was for packages... Is this correct? or common? or should I just plan on dropping at another UPS location next time because they didn't know what they were talking about? Keep the videos coming!
thank you..i really appreciate it! that seems odd...usually i put the cardboard into the poly pak..ive never heard to do it the opposite way. you can always just ship with the poly pak only if that's the only option. the other option is to not pack it in front of the associate lol ☺️
I keep coming back to your channel. Any anxiety that I did have you are calming it down one video at a time. I feel good about moving forward

What kinda shipping do you use like how much does it cost like the price and what kinda shipping???
hello, it will be the shipping label that the company provides you with. Usually that is a fed ex or ups shipping label. it is at no cost to you.

Hi! Does the company or the signer provide you with the label? Or, do you ever have to make it yourself.
hey! the company provides the label 😊
Hey, Thanks for the video. I have a quick question. So who pays for the shipping? The signer, Notary Agent or the Mortgage/Title company?
hey! the company pays. never you 😊
@@itscourtneythenotary Thanks :)
Thank you so much for this video Courtney! Did you create a business or personal account with Fedex to receive the Mailing Supplies?
of course! and yes, i created a business account. it was completely free 😊
@@itscourtneythenotary Thanks again ❤️

great! 😊
great! 😊
Hello, Quick question. Are the shipping prepaid labels already paid for, or is that something we purchase as notaries?
hey! yes, the labels are prepaid... you should not be paying for shipping 😊
😀 loved it.
🙌🏾 thank you!
Good job!
thank you! ☺️
What kind of printer are you using?
