i went on a deep dive of my own about these things about half a year ago (update just checked and it was an entire year ago. jesus times goes fast) when i found them again trying to google for fidgie friends and couldnt remember what they were called, even ended up buying serafina on ebay for like $20 because wikipedia (actual wikipedia, not fandom) said she was voiced by cassandra lee morris and after looking up videos of her she absolutely was, and i immediately needed to buy her and show my friend the strange pink morgana robot (also i desperately wanted one of these as a kid and collect 2000s-early 2010s girl toys in general mostly dolls but i do love weirder yet incredibly nostalgic lines like this) i became weirdly endeared to her tbh... i will say though she is LOUD. Even on the lowest volume i barely use her because i dont want to disturb my family lol. And yes she also does that awful rap, although with different lyrics. What i did find though was that fijit friends were also released in japan and fully redubbed in japanese which is really interesting! Heres an ad for them featuring a japanese comedy group: th-cam.com/video/LJhrDkmcBhc/w-d-xo.htmlsi=T2AlqxtIPlfOLWNU
i used to have the black cat and red reindeer newbies!! i remember the black cat one got possesed or something and wouldnt stop making the same loud repetitive sound for literal days, so i had to cover it in a mountain of blankets because little me couldnt figure out how to remove the batteries. my friend and i dubbed it the "annoying bomb" which we would place in the vicinity of our worst enemies, leaving them to wonder where in the world that wretched sound was emerging from...good times. i honestly wish i still had my newbies and figits so i could display them with my other 2000s robotic toys :(
I've never owned a Fijit Friend or any of the other lines but I'm absolutely fascinated by the Shimmies. They're such a bizzare concept all throughout and they're definitely a toy I'd consider fever-dream worthy, especially Polka. Also, the huge eyes on all of them make them look like kittens that are about to go feral and start biting my ankles. (The McDonald's toys are incredibly cute though. Huge fan of Peyla and Peera.)
Oh gosh, I remember having the pink one and making it have dance battles with my Furby ;7; Great video overall! If it strikes your curiosity, I think a timeline about the Tamagotchi brand would be super interesting
I had Serafina, and I think it DID have an app! I remember the sonic chirp thing- it was the most annoying sound ever and I feel so bad for anyone who had these with dogs. I feel like it also didn’t work very well? I just have a very vivid memory of the rubbery feel of it, I loved the thing. She was friends with my Furby boom :) (maybe I’m confusing the two, did furby do the chirpy thing too? Because I KNOW that one had an app) For some reason I thought the pink one was Willa haha
For the record you might be confusing it with Furby , as Furby Boom had an app . I remember that the app constantly played these obnoxious noises in order to keep itself connected and transmit signals to the Furby . It used to be very headache inducing and if you picked that you did not have a Furby when opening the app it would still play the noises . Me and my younger siblings still used to play with the app by itself a lot since none of us ever had a Furby but did want one .
Logan is actually a girl! The website used she/her pronouns for her, according to the wiki (which has a sourced link). They just gave her a unisex name. I guess to evoke gender roles, which is still Not Great but at least marginally better than saying "well the boy one likes sports"
completely missed these, knew of them, but never saw them irl! also, the "ouchie mama! don't be so rough!" line sounds like a bit from icarly, voice editing and all.
I begged my mom for one of these because I had a fear of furbys, I played with her for a minute and put her in the back of my wardrobe because I was scared of Willa. I don’t think the app happened, there wasn’t alot you could do with the fijit friend so I’m presuming you could’ve done more with the app- even though fijit friends felt like a competitive to the hasbro furby booms at the time.
The McDonald's commercial with the Shimmy made me sick laughing, what a funny little freak. Loved this video. I vaguely remember these from my childhood and really liked your overview of these funny creatures. They look pretty fun to play with. The Newbies/animal blob shaped ones are definitely my favorite, they're very cute. Thanks for sharing
wow this was a total blast form the past !! i remember i had 3 of the newbies when i was a kid but never nay of the normal ones (the newbies were melodee, winter cheer zia & treat or treat tia)
FINALLY someone made a full scale video on this toy I have all 4 of them, including a Newbie, Yippit, and a Shimmie I would play on the Website all the time, and I vividly remember the games. I was so sad once I heard from this video that they were planning on making an app but never did, I would've fallen in love with it. The story of the Fijit Friends is so unknown, even as a kid I noticed that, but I'm fully open to any new information that ever comes up
I remember seeing the commercials for these and even though I'm a guy I rly wanted one. I remember begging my parents for one for Christmas (I never got one)
Your brief mention of Hatchimals unlocked a memory in my brain. I worked at a small (33 stores) hardware/retail chain when they came out and we would only get like 5 in at a time. People went crazy for them
My sister and I had Willa and Logan and I was obsessed! Who knows why because really all you can do is dance with them! They’re kinda tough to use as a doll cause they’re bulky but the weird rubber their body was made of was so fun haha.
I'm so glad someone else understands Halloweenie-Beanie supremacy. The Halloween Boos are the only new gen beanie babies I like, although I have found some outliers. My OG beanie hoard is vast.
@@lulaloopsey My first boos were Kiwi the frog, the black/rainbow iridescent dragon, and Salem one of the Halloween bats. One of the black cats even has an exact design to the 2.0 Scaredy and idk him but I need him in my life. We are not immune to Ty Warner propaganda 😭👌
It's your local Fijit Friends fanatic here! Another thing you should know is recently-ish, there have been pictures and videos surfacing of some Fijit newbies called "Fijit Amigas", Seemingly only released in Mexico, or perhaps prototypes. Some of the first pictures surfaced around 2020? And I'm pretty sure there is couple videos of them here on TH-cam. They look just like the first wave of Newbies, but have different expressions and new names, and some variations in colours and ear shapes. Anywho, thought I'd mention this slightly less known piece of recent lore, because I don't see people talking about it a lot. I wish I had more info, given these toys were a huge part of my childhood too ( I recently finished my collection of them, excluding the special editions as they are extremely rare and priceyyyy ) But yeah that's all the info I have :)
I remember these made a high pitched noise (kinda like an old CRT TV) that I could hear and I hated it. My furby also did it, but I wasn't as bothered because the furby wasn't as loud if that makes sense. I did like that they had rubbery bodies because I liked the texture for some reason
I remember my evil foster grandmother having the purple one and the texture of the goo on it made it to wear it stuck to everything. And my evil foster grandma had cats. That thing was so nasty to touch that I just never played with it as a kid.
i still have all of my fijit friends toys in my closet, actually. my parents loved them and were absolutely obsessed with buying them for me. the only ones i've lost over the years were a few of the newbies which i think are buried deep in our storage unit somewhere, but who knows, maybe i'll go looking for them
10:26 my Willa said "owchie mama, take it eeeeeaaasy" as a punchline to a joke about porcupines kissing all the time. It's one of the few lines I remember the most.
I had Seraphina when I was younger. Unfortunately, mine was defective. No matter how many times I changed the batteries, she would glitch out and get stuck in a reset loop. Poor thing….
this reminds me of the NICI ayumi plushes. My friend and i went on a deep dive about them, and we managed to find old amazon listings from plushes with no official art, art for characters that had no plushes, but hardly ANY actual discussion about them. It was REALLY hard to get the plushes in the USA because i couldn't find any sellers that weren't in germany for like, a year before one randomly popped up. Lost toy lines are SO fascinating.
omg I forgot these existed but now I definitely remember the ads always being on TV. I had a furby in the early 2010s and honestly... mistake. those things are super creepy and i couldn't keep it in my room because it would wake up in the middle of the night and yell at me and i'd be TERRIFIED.
i miss the fijit friends so much. i liked em a whole lot more than furbies when i was younger (when my furby's batteries started to die it acted weird and baby me was NOT having it lmao. nowadays i have a soft spot for them, though). i had logan and kenzie, and they were my babies. i think they're packed up in a box somewhere now, but they used to sit on my windowsill in my old house. it was super interesting to hear more of the story about fijits! i didn't know a lot about their production and stuff since the last time i thought about these little guys in depth was when i was 5-6 haha. sucks that the line ended, but they were super fun and adorable while they lasted
I had a Fijit Friend, I had Sage and I COMPLETELY forgot all about it until I saw the thumbnail of this video. Btw, "ouchie mama don't be so rough" made it past the prototype stage bc I remember shaking Sage and me and my family laughing when she said that
also the video of all of them at Toy Fair is making me laugh so hard, like they're all synchronized and I like to think they're doing the cha cha slide
I used to have a ton of them when I was little. They were actually supposed to be robot bunnies. I like Logan because she’s like the most masculine like one.
Thank you for mentioning me in your video! I used to love these things and still do! I even have a Sage and one of McDonald's toys. Keep making these awesome nostalgia videos!
i think i had serafina but she was malfunctioning right out of the box, went back to the shop and got sage instead. they were dust magnets and they got so sticky😭
i remember getting the “Logan” Fijit Friend for Christmas one year when i was a kid. i’m 20 now, and it’s good to reflect on memories like this when times were much simpler. just subbed! 🌼
I remembered the commercial and how I instantly was glued to Wila. I got her for Christmas and she was so adorable! I loved how she was the fashion/artsy girly out of the group!
I remember getting logan for my birthday one year, but what I completely forgot about was that I also had the purple bat newbie and the pink mcdonald’s toy! thank you for putting this video together so so many of us can remember the good times we had as kids!!
OH MY GOD. THESE LITTLE SHITS SCARED THE CRAP OUT OF ME WHEN I WAS YOUNGER I WAS LIKE 4 AND MY OLDER SISTER HAD ONE AND EVERYTIME SHED GET IT OUT ID CLIMB UP ONTO THE TOP OF THE COUCH LIKE AND JUST STAY THERE IN HIDING AND STARE DOWN AT IT LIKE A CAT 😭
I have Willa sitting on top of my bookshelf still! I got her when they first came out and I really loved watching her dance and do her little rap. She won't turn on anymore, but I just can't bring myself to get rid of her because I loved her so much as a kid, so she's sort of been a decoration for a while. It's been so long that I couldn't remember her name or even what the toy line was called, so I'm really glad I came across this video : )
Isn't Logan (the blue fijit) a girl like the other fijits? I remember the official Fijit Friends confirms it as such. Also, I had 2 of the Fijits (Willa and Serafina), 2 Newbies (Kira and Kenzie), a Yippit (Patter, I still have her to this day), and a few Happy Meal Shimmies.
I had the purple one, Wila I loved playing with it and how soft it was, tbh I don't know what happened to mine but now I miss playing with it. Today I remembered the name of the toys and I felt so happy to see vids of these funny robot's again and omg thank u so much for this video, it makes my nostalgic self so happy
i had the purple one and the blue one, i also had the pink shimmie that spoke jibberish and spun in a circle. i also had a few of the newbies, but i got rid of everything. the only one i kept was the black cat fijit newbie bc he’s cute :3 I ALSO HAD A YIPPIT man i loved those toys as a kid
I just remembered these existed yesterday, but I couldn't think of what they were called. I had the purple one, Willa. I think she's still around here somewhere, probably in a moving box. I loved her so much as a child.
IVE BEEN TRYING TO REMEMBER THE NAME OF THIS TOY! I remember having the purple one I got it for Christmas one year oh my god AND I still have it but it went weird after i brought it outside in the snow just me (had it covered in my coat I wasn't a smart kid)
i remember being absolutely obsessed with these when they came out, to the point where i pretty much only wanted one for christmas and nonstop asked for one, i ended up getting sage and then pretty much immediately lost interest because it didn't do as much as i expected it to lmfao. they're so cute though, am surprised they never really got that popular and just quietly disappeared and were forgotten by most, i still have such a soft spot for them and i love the aesthetic they had. also yeah i agree that the stickery faces on the newbies and shimmies made them feel kinda cheap lmao...also making pets twice in a row feels kinda redundant, the yippits are way cooler even if the newbies did come first
OMG Ive been trying to remember what these were called and this just so happened to pop up on my fyp 😭 I had the purple spinning shimmie from mcdonalds and I loved her so much,, not sure what I did with her sadly but I remember how obsessed I became with the brand and how much I wanted a full sized fijit after that- kinda sad to see how faded into obscurity only a bit later,, theyre rlly cute :[
I remember getting the purple one for Christmas one year. I hated it 😂Never showed any interest in wanting one, and I was terrified of any electronic toys because my uncle had a skinned Furby he kept on the shelf in his room. Horribly traumatic for small me. Cool to see there's more to these guys than Furby knockoffs though!
I used to be obsessed with these dudes back in the olden days of 2014/15??? and i always wanted Willa because...purple... and the only toy from their series I have is a neon-lime windup guy that i drew a new face on rather recently because young me had an obsession with peeling off stickers xD Also, I remember there were flash games I loved playing on the old Mattel website :D
I've never seen or heard anything about Fijit Friends until watching this video. It was so sweet Fijit Friends were made for Halloween, Christmas and Easter. It would be so much better if the feminine electronic products were made for every holiday. (e.g. trinity of red, white and blue Fijits for Fourth of July [Independence Day] exclusively at American markets)
ive been searching for this toy for honestly my whole life. when I was maybe 6 I lost my blue happy meal fijit down the vent and I never stopped thinking about it. this video literally saved me!
I think the app didn't happen, but the furby boom app had a similar function, where they had the same high pitched chirps to interact with the furby. I didn't have any of the main fijit toys as a kid but I had a few of the McDonald's ones which I really loved
I remember shoving one of the purple ones in a container. When my family moved, it glitched out and wouldn't stop talking and moving. I'm pretty sure I started punching it. Good memories
So, this was sort of a cultural shock! I vividly remembered Willa, but not the rest of the gang. After looking it up for a second, I found out that for some reason, in Spain we only got Willa, and she was release as just "Fijit", kinda like the prototype, weird!
I got the Melody newbie from my step grandma’s friend back when the newbies came out. I remember being so excited about having her because I had wanted a Fijit friend for so long but my step grandparents couldn’t afford a normal one, so when their friend showed up with Melody randomly and gave her to me it was a huge surprise for me. I non stop played with her for hours and constantly carried her around with me , but I thought you could change their ears like on the normal ones so little me thought it would be a good idea to rip her ears off, but luckily she still worked until I eventually got bored of her. I ended up losing her before I moved out and I forgot about Fijit friends in general until I saw this video and the newbies were mentioned and I was like “oh shit I had one of those”. I actually had a couple of the McDonald’s toys too, and ironically when I ended up working at the one where I got the toys years later, I found quite a few of the toys stashed away in the corner of the stock room whole I was grabbing fry boxes, and my boss let me keep them all. There weren’t very many, maybe like 12 all together and I wasn’t sure why they were still there considering they had fallen into obscurity years earlier but I was happy to take them home with me none the less
yes I was too old for these but still watched Disney it was a guilty pleasure of mine and I always thought these were just some disney tv show thing and not a real toy
Oh I was obsessed with these when I was younger/when they came out. I had Logan along with the Mila newbie (I still have them; they're in the basement somewhere. I would imagine they still work hopefully). I can't recall if there was ever an app or not. I remember placing my Furby with it and they would kinda talk to each other in a way which was very amusing to me back then. Also coming from someone that's very interested in lost media, hearing that there's little to no info about a toy that had a big presence in my childhood is genuinely sad. You're absolutely right; it's incredibly important to document these things no matter how small or insignificant they seem. It's an important part in toy history in general and people's own histories with them.
i remember getting the pink one! i literally had no idea it had so many features i just remembering pressing the stomach over and over again for hours. (and the fact the ears fell off)

if we're looking at them from a nature lens, logan is a log.

i used to have the black cat and red reindeer newbies!! i remember the black cat one got possesed or something and wouldnt stop making the same loud repetitive sound for literal days, so i had to cover it in a mountain of blankets because little me couldnt figure out how to remove the batteries. my friend and i dubbed it the "annoying bomb" which we would place in the vicinity of our worst enemies, leaving them to wonder where in the world that wretched sound was emerging from...good times. i honestly wish i still had my newbies and figits so i could display them with my other 2000s robotic toys :(
I've never owned a Fijit Friend or any of the other lines but I'm absolutely fascinated by the Shimmies. They're such a bizzare concept all throughout and they're definitely a toy I'd consider fever-dream worthy, especially Polka. Also, the huge eyes on all of them make them look like kittens that are about to go feral and start biting my ankles.
(The McDonald's toys are incredibly cute though. Huge fan of Peyla and Peera.)
this unlocked a hidden memory,i feel like i remember having Serafina but don’t know what happened to her. 🎀🎀
My evil sister ripped open mine with a knife
Oh gosh, I remember having the pink one and making it have dance battles with my Furby ;7;
Great video overall! If it strikes your curiosity, I think a timeline about the Tamagotchi brand would be super interesting
Please tell me those dance battles were like Groove Battle (the meme video).
Because I KNOW that one had an app)
For some reason I thought the pink one was Willa haha
For the record you might be confusing it with Furby , as Furby Boom had an app . I remember that the app constantly played these obnoxious noises in order to keep itself connected and transmit signals to the Furby . It used to be very headache inducing and if you picked that you did not have a Furby when opening the app it would still play the noises . Me and my younger siblings still used to play with the app by itself a lot since none of us ever had a Furby but did want one .
Logan is actually a girl! The website used she/her pronouns for her, according to the wiki (which has a sourced link). They just gave her a unisex name. I guess to evoke gender roles, which is still Not Great but at least marginally better than saying "well the boy one likes sports"
i’m aware! just realizing i made it sound like i thought she was a boy 😭 when i just brought up gender roles cause of the color\personality
Funny you said that. Little me thought Logan was a girl from the start just because I never heard of the real name "Logan" at that age. :D
What?
i only had one yippit growing up so i genuinely thought i came up with these toys in my head until this video😭
completely missed these, knew of them, but never saw them irl! also, the "ouchie mama! don't be so rough!" line sounds like a bit from icarly, voice editing and all.
I remember the commercials for these and the Poptropica collab, never had one though
i did not expect to even see that on the thumbnail
The McDonald's commercial with the Shimmy made me sick laughing, what a funny little freak. Loved this video. I vaguely remember these from my childhood and really liked your overview of these funny creatures. They look pretty fun to play with. The Newbies/animal blob shaped ones are definitely my favorite, they're very cute. Thanks for sharing
wow this was a total blast form the past !! i remember i had 3 of the newbies when i was a kid but never nay of the normal ones (the newbies were melodee, winter cheer zia & treat or treat tia)
OMG you had the cool holiday ones too i’m jealous
FINALLY someone made a full scale video on this toy
I have all 4 of them, including a Newbie, Yippit, and a Shimmie
I would play on the Website all the time, and I vividly remember the games.
I had Willa too!
I had Willa and my twin had Logan: iconic duo
I saw these things and was freaked out by them, looking back, THESE THINGS ARE ADORABLE WHY WAS I SCARED OF THESE THINGS????
NO SAME?? looking back they are adorable idk why i was scared
I'm so glad someone else understands Halloweenie-Beanie supremacy. The Halloween Boos are the only new gen beanie babies I like, although I have found some outliers. My OG beanie hoard is vast.
as a beanie boo collector with over 300 HOLIDAY BEANIE SUPREMACY!!! need to remake my video on beanie boos because i can do better 😭
@@lulaloopsey My first boos were Kiwi the frog, the black/rainbow iridescent dragon, and Salem one of the Halloween bats. One of the black cats even has an exact design to the 2.0 Scaredy and idk him but I need him in my life. We are not immune to Ty Warner propaganda 😭👌
omg i had sage as a kid! shes one of the only toys that survived the great pre-teen toy purge
I HAD TWO NEWBIES AND SERAFINA AND I USED TO PRETEND THEY WERE ALL A FAMILY 😭😭 seriously love this video and the memories it brought back
I remember these made a high pitched noise (kinda like an old CRT TV) that I could hear and I hated it.
I had Logan :) honestly I didn’t even know they had names before now. I remember the soft plastic getting kinda gnarly and ripping at one point lol
Loved this video, Fijit Friends were my childhood! Can you do a video on Baby Alive? I would love to see that. 🫶🫶🫶
i still have all of my fijit friends toys in my closet, actually. my parents loved them and were absolutely obsessed with buying them for me. the only ones i've lost over the years were a few of the newbies which i think are buried deep in our storage unit somewhere, but who knows, maybe i'll go looking for them
seeing this video unlocked a memory
10:26 my Willa said "owchie mama, take it eeeeeaaasy" as a punchline to a joke about porcupines kissing all the time. It's one of the few lines I remember the most.
I had Seraphina when I was younger. Unfortunately, mine was defective. No matter how many times I changed the batteries, she would glitch out and get stuck in a reset loop. Poor thing….
I had the blue one!! I also remember them doing a spoof of figitfriends on A.N.T farm
THE SPOOF SCARED ME SHITLESS AS A KID it made me forever creeped out by fijit friends im so glad im not the only one who remembers this
This is so nostalgic, I swear my childhood Willa is in a cupboard somewhere still...
free her!!!
this reminds me of the NICI ayumi plushes.
Oh my god you just unearthed something I forgot completely
omg I forgot these existed but now I definitely remember the ads always being on TV. I had a furby in the early 2010s and honestly... mistake. those things are super creepy and i couldn't keep it in my room because it would wake up in the middle of the night and yell at me and i'd be TERRIFIED.
i miss the fijit friends so much. i liked em a whole lot more than furbies when i was younger (when my furby's batteries started to die it acted weird and baby me was NOT having it lmao. nowadays i have a soft spot for them, though). i had logan and kenzie, and they were my babies. i think they're packed up in a box somewhere now, but they used to sit on my windowsill in my old house. it was super interesting to hear more of the story about fijits! i didn't know a lot about their production and stuff since the last time i thought about these little guys in depth was when i was 5-6 haha. sucks that the line ended, but they were super fun and adorable while they lasted
you just unleashed a memory....
I AM SO HAPPY YOU MADE A VIDEO ABOUT THIS
Fijit Friends is way better than Furby! I remember having some, but they were later sold during a yard sale.
I had a Fijit Friend, I had Sage and I COMPLETELY forgot all about it until I saw the thumbnail of this video. Btw, "ouchie mama don't be so rough" made it past the prototype stage bc I remember shaking Sage and me and my family laughing when she said that
I had one of these! I had Willa and one of the little 'pets' they came out with I think.
also the video of all of them at Toy Fair is making me laugh so hard, like they're all synchronized and I like to think they're doing the cha cha slide
Honestly your entire aesthetic is basically “if you don’t want to do anything, do it for your younger self” and I LIVE by that
I had Willa as a kid and that thing was a DIRT MAGNET! She had such squishy sticky skin that attracted so much lint, but I loved her🥹
i think i had serafina but she was malfunctioning right out of the box, went back to the shop and got sage instead. they were dust magnets and they got so sticky😭
I didn't even know the toy line had lore!
i remember getting the “Logan” Fijit Friend for Christmas one year when i was a kid. i’m 20 now, and it’s good to reflect on memories like this when times were much simpler. just subbed!
OH MY GOD.
THESE LITTLE SHITS SCARED THE CRAP OUT OF ME WHEN I WAS YOUNGER
I WAS LIKE 4 AND MY OLDER SISTER HAD ONE AND EVERYTIME SHED GET IT OUT ID CLIMB UP ONTO THE TOP OF THE COUCH LIKE AND JUST STAY THERE IN HIDING AND STARE DOWN AT IT LIKE A CAT 😭
Yes, Logan is a girl.
Dude...the level of sticky the plastic skin would get. I wasn't sure if it was me or if it was just super sticky sometimes
My friend had the green one and i was so jealous of him, i never got one :((
i remember being absolutely obsessed with these when they came out, to the point where i pretty much only wanted one for christmas and nonstop asked for one, i ended up getting sage and then pretty much immediately lost interest because it didn't do as much as i expected it to lmfao.
they're so cute though, am surprised they never really got that popular and just quietly disappeared and were forgotten by most, i still have such a soft spot for them and i love the aesthetic they had.
also yeah i agree that the stickery faces on the newbies and shimmies made them feel kinda cheap lmao...also making pets twice in a row feels kinda redundant, the yippits are way cooler even if the newbies did come first
When I was a kid I wanted these so bad, I begged my mom for one every christmas (never got it 😔)
OMG Ive been trying to remember what these were called and this just so happened to pop up on my fyp 😭 I had the purple spinning shimmie from mcdonalds and I loved her so much,, not sure what I did with her sadly but I remember how obsessed I became with the brand and how much I wanted a full sized fijit after that- kinda sad to see how faded into obscurity only a bit later,, theyre rlly cute :[
THAT DANCE in the Happy Meals ad looks like a straight up shitpost I LOVE IT
I remember getting the purple one for Christmas one year. I hated it 😂Never showed any interest in wanting one, and I was terrified of any electronic toys because my uncle had a skinned Furby he kept on the shelf in his room. Horribly traumatic for small me. Cool to see there's more to these guys than Furby knockoffs though!
I used to be obsessed with these dudes back in the olden days of 2014/15??? and i always wanted Willa because...purple... and the only toy from their series I have is a neon-lime windup guy that i drew a new face on rather recently because young me had an obsession with peeling off stickers xD
Also, I remember there were flash games I loved playing on the old Mattel website :D
I once had a nightmare about these, i never watched anything about them at all though, but i very much remember the designs from my nightmare-
I've never seen or heard anything about Fijit Friends until watching this video.
I THOUGHT THEY WERE A DREAM
Update: I found another Melodee online and I bought her as a gift to heal my inner child ❤
me and the boys are grateful for your extended knowledge on fijit friends
I can tell by the total drama island and clone high posters that your cool as hell
Anyone else remember seeing one of these in an episode of ANT Farm?
yes I was too old for these but still watched Disney it was a guilty pleasure of mine and I always thought these were just some disney tv show thing and not a real toy
I had one or a few of the McDonald's toys of these years ago. Never really knew what they were until now, though.
i remember getting the pink one! i literally had no idea it had so many features i just remembering pressing the stomach over and over again for hours. (and the fact the ears fell off)
i swear to got either i had a swirly pink one or the prototype bc i remembered it so vividly, googled it and then found your video😭
OMG YOU ARE SO NOSTALGIC WHEN I WAS LITTLE I HAD SO MUCH FIJIT FRIENDS AND I LOVED WATCHING FISH HOOKS
I remember owning Logan the blue one, this year I had to move so I gave up my Figit friend away.
I got sage for Christmas one year and hadn’t thought abt it until literally yesterday so crazy!
I love how you made your makeup match the fijit friends!
