There have been many barns around here that met the same fate, sad to see so much effort put into building it just to let it fall down. Sometimes, though, the cost to fix or usability just isn't there.

Can't help but think that the harvest conditions have aged your combine and cornhead more than a normal season. We've had more issues on frozen ground with gathering chains if there is any amount of down corn. Always hate to track things up very much and fight the ruts after things freeze up. Wish you luck winding things up. This weather has been ugly wet to say the least.

Any thing from farming equipment should be saved.Even to find someone to restore and put in a collection.

I like your fuel transfer pump. Growing up we had six of those in a row at the farm three were gasoline and three were diesel fuel. I haven't seen one in good shape like that in years that's pretty cool.
I've been watching you for a couple of years now and I don't know much about the combine roll over. Do you have a video where you talk about it?

Happy New Year At least the end is near. You'll probably be able to plant wheat wherever you finish cleaning all the muck out of that combine. On the other hand 2024 can't help but be less traumatic.

The tracks was $$ well spent with the wet year ypur dealing with.I had a small fuel tank with a hand crank which as you said was a pain sometimes, all I did was take crank off and used my cordless drill to pump the fuel. That made it alot easier and didn't have to worry about people stealing my fuel. Could you possibly use some of those beams from your uncles barn for your leans on your equipment shed??

Buck harbor freight all u want . I bought a damn Milwaukee ¾" impact for 350 battery was 250 n da battery shit on me . Havor freight sells a ½" impact for 179 which i bought for 50 because of a promotion sell that "will" do what the ¾" Milwaukee does. Wouldn't believe it if I didn't use both tools . Its basically all china made crap ! I've also bought expensive tools pd big bucks n found them at harbor freight fir a third of the price . I bought 3 boxes of metric o-rings for what one bix cost at my local pts store . 🤷

I was gonna say. Any retailer would have warrantied that battery unless it failed from user error. Calling something shit because there is a failure in one battery out thousands produced daily is kinda dumb.
