Well PJ you inspired me! I ordered a Quicki from Targetforge.net yesterday and put together the rest of the kit today. Great idea! I think I have about $55 in mine as the 1 1/2 and 1 1/4 hex nuts had to be bought at an industrial supply place since the hardware store here doesn't carry anything that large.
nice targets , ,i would suggest to get a steel plate behind the targets ,like a dug out . you can get the lead back , and its better for the environment. Birds will pick the lead particles up .thinking they are grit.
The place was just protesting because it was convenient. Well, convenient and it had sunshine while I was filming so that it would look great for you guys. It’s permanent spot is going to be in front of a log and earth backstop. I have lots of logs to make back stops with.
Wow sorry for the stupid question, I didnt finish it. Got a 4 yr old boy running around like a monket with a sugar buzz. I ment can YOU do that (distance and accuracy) with a break barrel? I'm thinking about a PCP so I'm asking ppl "pro's and con's" on each.
@@braddenty503 It can be done. I do not have a break barrel that is of sufficient quality and consistency to make that series of shots. If you were talking about an AirArms or HW underlever, I think it would be very doable. At least you'd have a fighting chance.
Doing pretty good with a Gamo Magnum and a Gamo Shadow Whisper. Hit the ram...pig...and Turkey at 85yds with the Magnum. Really need better scales to weigh the pellets, I'm way too cheap. Saw the Airguning challenge? Q-tips...cards....CD hole and pellet split. Freaking wow man! My wife was blown away. Thanks..might get more funding now!
@@WiscAirGunners I made spinners with slices of weight bar and stainless steel shocks. The shorter the spinner the more faster it spins. The longer it is, the slower it spins. I used to shoot with the BAGA Airgun Club at Bristol.
PJ great video! I laughed with the 700mm barrel is already halfway to the target!! Thanks for sharing, this is a great idea!
I hoped someone would think that was funny!
Completed mine this morning. The most fun I've had in my backyard in a long time.
So much fun!
Menards had the big nuts.
Awesome video! I will make one for sure. Everybody can make it at home, no need asking others for help. Thanks!
Glad it was helpful!
Works great at 19 1/2 yards! Awesome video. Yeah, I can see making one of these.

Would you guys have any interest shooting PRS /Tactical type match with air rifles, distance out to maybe 100 yds?
I think we could drum up some interest.
Can u do that with a break barrel? Just curious.
Yes

Thanks!
Shorten the spinner and it will spin faster.
You could make them just about any length you want to.
