I know what you mean. Everyone on set knew of Philips' behaviour and the relationship. It was an open secret. I think it is unfair to case the blame solely on her. Even Eamonn Homes and his wife knew, but now they are saying they didn't have any idea that this was going on. Ruth was one who filed the complaint about the relationship and got her and her husband sacked for it.
