    When I was diagnosed with cancer
    Two people gave me Bruce's book
    It was hard for me to personally read it.And then I thought I'll listen to his podcast
    I believe this is why I'm still alive. Thank you, Bruce.

    I was so lucky that the programming I had was happy and warm. From my parents, my extended family, and my community. Grew up in small mountain town in WV. People didn’t have a lot of material things but what everyone did have was community. If I had one wish, it would be that people would toss out their TVs and social media and go talk to their neighbors. ❤

      He is so right when he says all his energy. Take more time out of your day to close your eyes and go within visualize and feel what you would love to happen in your life. Sit with that feeling over and over and over again and let it sink in just like Dr. Joe says. Make that a daily routine, that energy after you open your eyes and continue to go back on that thought throughout the day over and over again. Watch how slowly your life will start to change.

      Wow, that was just a joke. But seriously, before you start idolizing someone who opposes the theory of evolution, you should do more research. It’s not just about what science has proven regarding evolution-if we observe the world around us, we can see evidence of evolution in everything in the universe.

    • @hamidehatefi1137
      @hamidehatefi1137 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It's fascinating to understand how our thoughts and beliefs can shape our life, as beliefs are incredibly powerful. However, I don't see why one would object to Darwin's theory of evolution, especially since it doesn't necessarily contradict your biology of belief theories.

      I have figured that reincarnation makes sense in that when I was under 3-4 years old I had recurring Nightmares that I was running from tanks that were firing. I ended up in parents' bed as I was terrified! Then they gradually ended. Was I living in a warzone prior? I also picked up the piano at 3, and was literally addicted to it. I outplayed 3 of my teachers forcing parents to get new ones. Here's the weird part. I saw the movie Playing for Time and freaked out.

    I'm 71 and many of the younger than myself group doesn't realize my generation were moving in the right direction in the 60's and early 70's and are still moving forward . I connected to Bruce and Gregg Braden 20 years ago. Also I myself connected to the traditional tribal people and it was propesied that those of us that were young in the 60's and 70's would grow our hair long and go to the traditional indiginous people and learn from them . When we are seeing now how our culture at the time , did not see a difference in races and cultures and took on the establishment, but over the years as usual "they" infiltrate our groups.
    One of the songs of my youth was Everyday People by Sly and the Family Stone. .
    [Verse 1]
    Sometimes I'm right and I can be wrong
    My own beliefs are in my song
    The butcher, the banker, the drummer and then
    Makes no difference what group I'm in
    [Chorus]
    I am everyday people, yeah, yeah
    [Bridge 1]
    There is a blue one who can't accept the green one
    For living with a fat one, trying to be a skinny one
    And different strokes for different folks
    And so on and so on and scooby dooby doo-bee
    [Refrain]
    Ooh, sha sha
    We got to live together
    [Verse 2]
    I am no better and neither are you
    We are the same whatever we do
    You love me, you hate me, you know me and then
    You can't figure out the bag I'm in
    [Chorus]
    I am everyday people, yeah, yeah
    You might also like
    Seve
    Tez Cadey
    8am in Charlotte
    Drake
    Flooded The Face
    Lil Uzi Vert
    [Bridge 2]
    There is a long hair that doesn't like the short hair
    For being such a rich one, that will not help the poor one
    And different strokes for different folks
    And so on and so on and scooby dooby doo-bee
    [Refrain]
    Ooh, sha sha
    We got to live together
    [Bridge 3]
    There is a yellow one that won't accept the black one
    That won't accept the red one, that won't accept the white one
    Different strokes for different folks
    And so on and so on and scooby dooby doo-bee
    [Outro Chorus]
    Ooh, sha sha
    I am everyday people

Its such an amazing synchronicity and reinforcement of what source has been teaching me in order to heal myself. Proof I'm on the right path and getting real messages from source and that Aubrey you're just consistently aligning yourself with people who are bringing the truth if our universe to the public. Absolutely spot on; I grew up with domestic violence and saw my father as a very volatile, aggressive person. Coming from an asian culture, you just get on with life and I use to shelter my mother from his violence. Today, in my later years of life, similar to Bruce, I have remained single for my entire life and never had a proper relationship. Sad, however, true and I know deep down inside, it's because I witnessed that abuse as a young child, so my view of marriage and relationships in general was very polluted.

One more little thing: last night I was watching your show while into my fitness routine. It was an episode from 10 months ago, with your beautiful wife and the mind architect, where V brought all of her "unwanted" into integration, sharing these vulnerable moments with us all and giving us a glimpse of how beautiful freedom can look and feel like. Magical moments! Thank you both for being so open, so receptive, so supportive and compassionate towards each other. You are creating the same space of acceptance and love for us watching as well whenever you allow for us to embrace your transformations, both individually and as a couple. I am grateful!🙏❤

    There can never be anything but an amazing interview by Bruce Lipton. When I first heard about his findings in the 2000s, I knew he was on to something profoundly important and life changing, and it changed the trajectory of my life. Unfortunately, the scientific community fails to embrace that Newton had it all wrong and continue to teach lies to students that they will eventually have to unlearn when they hit a wall.

    I have followed Bruce Lipton for several years. Most of the time he talks fast enough to eliminate an honest exchange with the host as he shares the essence of his important "lecture".
    Aubrey Marcus is so in tune that he is not only able to join in intelligently, but he also adds relevant insights that spin the conversation in directions that spark Bruce Lipton in ways I am not used to hearing.
    Thank you both for this deeper dive into the best mind stimulating podcast I can remember with Bruce.

    One of my favorite exercises when accessing the field is speaking with my inner council.
    The inner council is a group of individual personalities that you will call upon to answer questions for you from their perspectives. Since all is one, you need only embody their energy to express them.
    One of the members on my council is Sadhguru. I had a wonderful conversation with him yesterday about laziness. I ask him if he thinks I am lazy.
    "If you are lazy? We must first consider the concept of what lazy is if we are to be able to determine if we are expressing that state of being. And to know what a thing is, we must first understand what it is not."
    What does it mean to be lazy? What does a lazy person do? They sit around all day and do nothing.
    What is the opposite of lazy? is it focused? Can you be focused and still be lazy? Is it not possible to be focused on being lazy? Could you say an obsessive aversion to completing tasks is lazy?
    Laziness is a state in which your energy is endlessly circling about in an undirected manner. Laziness is no different from being unconscious with your daily affairs. Some people are lucky enough to have had a life which forces them into particular habits that do not from the outside appear lazy.
    Then there are those who were possibly not so fortunate, or depending how you look at it, very fortunate. Those who's paths led them to make a serious of decisions which crafted a path for all purposes, appears "lazy."
    What is the difference between these two sets of consciousness experiencing a shroud between their awareness and their existence? Nothing.
    There is no difference. They simply wound up on different paths.
    It's in their similarities that we may discover our answer then. So if there is no difference, then what caused both to land where they are?
    A series of actions taken or made unconsciously. The reason is, they simply did not choose it.
    "So my friend, no. I do not think you are lazy. I just believe you know no other way."
    Bum bum bum...... bombshell conversation! I love you and I love myself!

    Alright, I have to jump in here and tell the correct people about this. The book of Genesis brings us some amazing truths that need to be told more. Our bodies were designed to live as long as we want. I'm surprised that nobody else is talking about this. I'm currently 72 years old by the calendar. But I'm working my way back to my perfect age of 22. I'm getting stronger every day. Healing my body through self hypnosis. I know that I can live as long as I want so I choose to live a very long life. Look into it. This is as true as what was taught in this podcast. I'm so thankful for both of these gentlemen, sharing their knowledge. So I had to share mine. God bless you both.

Every single one of the ‘employees’ were bombed out on not only multiple doses of ayahuasca, but also psilocybin shrooms & who knows what else. They, quite literally, couldn’t comprehend the English language and they were all fluent in English before the ceremony began. It was an unmitigated, frustrating cluster F and an utter waste of my time, energy and resources.

      Yes is the base. but he don't mentioned what exactly is the reception of signals from the environment received by the outer membrane of the cell,,,, which is the reception of electrons from the photosynthesis we do with the Sun.
      Plants photosynthesize for food, humans photosynthesize for energy.
      light through photons helps us to create our energy in our biology through the flow of electrons in the mitochondrial nucleus that have positive protons charging the ATP synthesis.
      This wonderful quantum energy reactor at position 5 in the mitochondrial electron transport chain contains charge rotations of 10,000 - 12,000 spins per m.
      Mitochondria don't just produce energy,,,, they produce Light and pure water which helps as a semiconductor to operate the photoelectric effect,,,,,,
      We are super powerful photonic energy reactors.

    This is priceless. Just spoke about this last night. My main question now is the steps we should take to reprogram/ install new programs. Can the old programs be uninstalled or are they just made dormant over time by practicing new habits and living in the present?

    • @chanici
      @chanici 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I'm not an expert but I'd say they go dormant. If you stop thinking a certain thought, glial cells in your brain will come and delete that pathway after like 48 hours. So when you stop exercising old thinking patterns they'll eventually be deleted. To actually reprogram the subconcious mind you'd have to conciously cultivate new thinking patterns which is definitely some work and I don't really know how to do this either.

    • @chanici
      @chanici 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I've also heard that you're becoming a new person every second (not sure how true that is) but you just have to make the decision to install a new program. Be specific with what you want - let's say you want self-love. You've disliked yourself and decided that now you want to cultivate the positive habit of loving yourself. How would you think, feel, act if you loved yourself? Can you imagine, for a few seconds and get a vision of that? Visualizing is also great for reprogramming the subconcious mind as your mind literally doesn't know the difference between what's real and what is imagined.

    • @chanici
      @chanici 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Sorry for the long comments. But basically, I think to reprogram your mind you just need to conciously rewrite your old program. Your subconcious beliefs become apparent in your reactions to your day to day life. So what you emotionally react to, shows you what's beneath the surface. Notice that. Notice your reactions and the thoughts you do not want to have anymore. Conciously make the decision, that that's not what you want and think something else instead! This takes so much work, especially in the beginning because you have to create new thoughts every time you get a thought you don't like.

    • @CatValentineMusic
      @CatValentineMusic 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It's funny how we talk to ourselves... Like in the 2nd person! I really take notice how I speak to myself and if a thought comes to me that is negative I have it on autopilot now that I say "whatever is not true"! Keep learning also. I am a musician so I'm always memorizing lyrics and chords, and can't have any other thoughts while I'm learning!
