I made your dish tonight and OMG, it turned out phenomenal 🔥 I’ve never had Risotto before, and your recipe is to die for; love the lemony taste!!! Thank you for sharing 😊

I added green peas right at the end for color. So good

Fantastic! Prepared exactly as written with the minor addition of a few frozen peas. Just the right amount of creaminess with a bright lemon accent.

Looks delish! I have everything except the key ingredient - arborio rice. Guess I'm going to the store cuz I want to make this, minus the chicken. I would mix the lemon juice into already beaten eggs. Another winning recipe.

I can make my favorite side ever in this thing?!?!
I've owned an instant pot for a few years. And never used it... I was worried about messing it all up lol. Well I thawed a roast to put in the slow-cooker but forgot. So I surrendered and googled if I could make a roast in the instant pot.
Found your recipe and I've not stopped using this thing since last week! Thank you!!!

Jeffrey, in Rochester NY where I live, we make artichokes French, which is the francese preparation on artichoke hearts. It’s to die for!

This looks so delicious! I need to get some more arborio rice. It's the only thing I'm missing.

Calrose or sushi rice are also acceptable substitutes, if you can't get Arborio or Carnaroli.

I bet some white wine would be awesome in place of some of the broth.

Love your personality and your recipes (I can modify them for our Gundry Plant Paradox diet). BUT today I noticed your Bucc-ees hat! 😃. We travel in an RV and Bucc-ees is amazing! Keep on cooking, Jeff 😍

By the way Bro., nice video's you make. I have one for you, how would you make Mama Mandolin's Sicilian chicken soup in an insta pot. I had some at Carrabba's Italian Restaurant. I want to make it. Any help would be appreciated.

Just a second comment. It occurs to me that this is very similar to an avgolemeno Greek chicken soup, which if allowed to thicken makes a sauce very similar to this. No wonder it looks so comforting and familiar.

I bet asparagus would taste great in this recipe.

Got all of your books. Instant pot is THE way to go. The portions are huge for me. Can I just half everything for smaller portions without effecting the outcome? I have a tiny 3qt pot too.

I cannot wait to try this. Most risotto recipes, even those for the Instant Pot add white wine. I love white wine, but it never seems to cook out sufficiently in an Instant Pot risotto. Any tips?

Hi you said to put the shrimp in raw and then said just right before you serve it. I know shrimp doesn’t cook very long at all but doesn’t need even a minute or is the keep warm going to just cook it while it’s sitting there?

Help - what did he do with the lemons? Just squeezed the juice out, right? Sorry, real beginner here. Thanks!

Yes, he sqeezed the juice out. Maybe strained it to get any seeds or pulp out

My wife and I love your channel and have bought all 3 books. I have a question for you. Have you ever cooked a boneless leg of lamb in a pressure cooker? If so how did you do it. I would be very grateful for an answer.
