It does work I just used it on 2 deep rock chips and one door chip, but you need many coats to get where you can almost not see the chip. It will still be visible but has a better cosmetic look. I do recommend it but they need to be up front about how many layers you need to apply
As you build up the paint layers did you add paint, let dry, use blend formula and keep repeating or did you build up the paint (letting dry between coats) and then use the blending formula just once at the end?
It doesn’t work. The blend solution just takes all the paint back up. Followed all the steps and whilst the colour match is prefect, the bland solution ruins the product and makes it unusable.

It's mentioned at 1:00 that you may need to add multiple layers of paint to get a nice even surface.
