Oh girl, Don't ever shy away from showing us your plant fails, or the ones where the pests are winning.. It makes us all feel like we're in the same boat sometimes, and that we're not blowing this hobby alone lol. I've been dying to see how some of your past plant purchases are doing. Good or bad I'm so happy you decided to share with us! Beautiful collection and home. Thank you!
I did not know there were such amazing varieties of philodendron. How w onderful to see the different varieties. I must start looking for the out of the ordinary. I have had great luck ordering small plants Over the internet. Who knew? I didn't....lol
You have decorated your home, so beautifully. The way you set up your plants, is just right, it's not over crowed or messy looking. Your Plant room is also set up so lovely. You seem to get a lot of sun, in your home, which is so nice. You would make a wonderful Decorator, you have that special touch. Love your plants. Than you for taking us on this tour of your lovely home.
I think this is the first video of yours that I watched, but I loved it - the collection is huge, the pots look fantastic too, and the best part for me is seeing the cute friendly doggie🥰
You have me looking forward to the spring! I spent this past year trying to keep everything alive since I was outside more. Hoping I can find some cool new plants to enhance my collection
Hi Ashley, Many thanks for this fun houseplant tour of your home. Enjoyed seeing all of your beautiful plants and seeing how you display them. Great job!! 👍🪴🥰
Thanks for sharing your collection. I have a Hoya Krinkle that I got a piece from a friend. I grew it out in the last year after propagating it in water for a few months. It's huge and has a ton of peduncles now, so hoping I will have lots of blooms this summer.
@@LifewithAshleyAnitaI always enjoy your content Ashley. I appreciate how transparent you are. You are much more realistic and relatable when you share your planty struggles. I definitely do not feel as bad when I look at my plants that my cat has shredded. Merry Christmas to you and your family! 😊
Your plants are so purdy! Took me a couple of days to watch and well worth it. Love your thrifted pots. I added a few plants to my wishlist because of you😊
I thoroughly enjoyed this video, thank you! You have a very beautiful home and your plant collection is spectacular. Have a great holiday season 😊☃️🎄🎅🩷
Thank you for all the plant tours! So beautiful! Love it! Got myself my first pendent growlight because of you! Can't wait to help my monstera grow strong!!! Yay!!!
Hi Ashley, wow what a beautiful collection (and home) you have!!! Not sure if I was the one from Australia who said that about the Manjula pothos, but I can say that they were once hard to come buy. Now they are a little more common (depending on where you are in Australia) but still a little more on the pricier side than say your Golden or Neon pothos. And your Domino 'Cactus' looks alot like a Domino Peace Lily...🤔 But your variegated African Violet....oh my word I WANT ONE!!!! Love the purple variegation, purple flowers, purple backs....just stunning!!! I put my watermelon peperomia in LECA (semi-hydro) and it's going gangbusters now!!!! Thank you for sharing your collection and home with us 🥰🤩
My goodness, I have watched numerous channels of others with houseplants, or plants period and I must say your collection is phenomenal! Hands down the best, I'm saving this video and sharing too so I can add to my collection.
I have never seen such a variety and beauty of plants in my life, and it's nice that you mentioned Hoya Carnosa ,I took screenshot of it and will try to find it here in Melbourne , thanks Ashley 🙏 john
The trick with the Curtisii is bottom watering and lots of light . Awesome video! The golfish plant is one of the most underrated plants ever! Mine is hanging and is probably 4 feet easily! Nice and full all around too! Just love her so much❤❤❤
You have such a diverse collection of plants which make this tour very interesting. Also like that many of your plants are the more common type. With care they become just as special as the rarer ones. Good for you. Also your collection of pots is very interesting. You are very unique among the plant utubers who obviously get great joy from their plants. Love it!
Put the amphioxis begonia in moss and mist in cabinet small pot until it has strong roots. Give it a little liquid furtilizer in misting. It will thrive. Also Starbucks cup with dome is perfect.
Just found you’re channel and subscribed you have the most beautiful plants thankyou for sharing I could listen to you for hours you have such a calming voice❤🇨🇦
I need to add this too, you have a few in your collection that I have too, makes me proud we have some of the same items. Also, there are a few of your cacti that need full sun in order to reach their full potential; I would advise to move them outside. ❤
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE your plant collection and your home seems to get good lighting. The plant you said was a variegated cactus looks like a variegated peace lily. My collection is no where near yours but I do think I’m gonna put some plants in my primary bathroom because it gets good lighting.
After about 2yrs away from the plant world due to pregnancy & being unable to tolerate the smell of soil, resulting in death of 95% of my plants, I just discovered the jungle boogie. It’s arriving today from BWH plant co. & I cannot wait to see it grow like this. I’m not a Philo lover (pun intended) but I really enjoy the appearance of the boogie 🤩
Girl you have an amazing plant collection! 💚 Been following you for a while and your happy go lucky vibe makes my day! 😇 Not sure if it has been brought to your attention but as far as I have researched, Philodendron Pink Princess variegation does not depend on the amount of light it’s receiving. Instead it depends on where the new leaf is emerging from. If it is emerging from a part of the stem which has the pink stripe, then it would most likely have more of that pink as opposed to emerging from the regular maroon part of the stem! 😊 Think of Philo Birkin, I believe it’s kind of similar. So if you want more variegation and your plant has not been putting out pink leaves for a while, chop it down to encourage growth from the striped parts of the stem! Hope this helps! ✨
I waited to have time to watch this long vlog with some snacks in one go. You have a lovely home. You must live far to have a big home like this. Usually in Ireland people live far to have a big home and not such at a big price. But i like living near the city not too out in the countryside. I like having minimalists plants around the home aswell without feeling so overcrowded with plants everywhere. You want to be able to enjoy your space in your home too. Soltech lights are great i like having lighting similar to the home the natural light lighting. I don’t like the orange lighting or colourful grow lights. I love your Hoyas, succulents and cacti collection.
I just love watching how much joy you get from plants and pointing out the little details they have. Such as, the little tufts in a cacti or the shape of a leaf. I love it. Although, every time I watch one of your video,I add more names to my wish lists, so either I’ll go broke or I’m going to run out of room!😂 Haha. Where did you get your tiger fern from? It’s beautiful! I tried searching on Etsy and found a Boston "Tiger", Live Plant Rare, Variegated Boston Fern, but I don’t think it’s the same one you have but variegated.
Hi Ashley, thanks for sharing your love of plants. You have such a lovely home, which is why your beloved plants are so beautiful 🪴 But if I had to choose which specimen was the loveliest, I'd have to say... Claire🐾 Continued Blessing 🕊🌿🤍
TMI 😂 This might be the kind you have... Begonia 'Flamingo Queen' won the American Begonia Society’s Alfred D. Robinson Medal of Honor for an outstanding cultivar in 2002. This cane-like hybrid makes a large rounded plant, but if staked can get 3 to 4 ft. tall. The leaves on this beauty are large, and will grow to 12 in. long. The huge leaves are a medium green with large silver spots and a thin silver edge on the leaf margin. The flowers are bright pink and hang in large clusters. This is a must have begonia. It is easy to grow and will get the neighbors talking. (Bolwell, NSW, Australia, 1991) Care of Begonia 'Flamingo Queen': Bright, indirect light 45 to 95 degrees Humidity 40-60% 3 to 4 feet tall Water when top two inches of soil are dry Family: Begoniaceae

Hi Ashley! I think it is a myth that bathrooms hold a lot of humidity. After all, it's only really humid when one is showering . The rest of the time they are just as dry as the rest of the house. As far as your night blooming "cactus" is concerned, it is actually a jungle succulent, and if I am not mistaken, epiphytic. I find they need more moisture than you think. I keep mine in aroid mix and I do not let it dry out completely.

Hi! They are all linked in my description. Most are from Amazon and some are from IKEA :)
What a fun video. I find it amazing that you have that many plants and it doesn't look like a crazy jungle. When I look at your cute thrifted pots, I notice how small most of them appear! It seems that you must keep many of your plants in small 4 inch containers, which makes everything more manageable space wise. Is this true?
I have a question about the Eppi Pinnatium Albo. If I understood you correctly, when the plant got tall, rather than extend the pole you actually slid the plant back down the support to make it shorter and allow more growing room. I can't remember what type of stake or pole it was on but did I understand you correctly? I want to find and rewatch that.
I'm curious about the humidty level in your home! That's my biggest problem with my plants. My apartment rarely has humidity above 30-40% so I have 0 chance of growing philodendron/syngonium or literally anything in the livingroom, except if it's in a humidity cabin/DIY mini greenhouse.
