Who knows if you'll see this, it's been a year. Why didn't you share all of those messages that the spirit was telling you? They were listed on your screen. But it's a small wonder why you felt all of those dreadful emotions while you were there. That place was for people who were suffering from mental illness, then a hospital where they performed that hideous surgery, and a place for wounded soldiers and prisoners. Paranoid? Sure! Uneasy? Why not? Screams? Of course! A very, very nasty place.

Well, it's 10.30pm here in Australia and I'm back to my binge watching with my headphones on and sitting with the light on low. Husband comes and taps me on the shoulder the precise moment the scream is heard. Lol, I think my headphones should come with a defibrillator attached! Awesome content guys.

I rewatched this tonight for probably the 7th time but it’s been over a year since I’ve seen it. I forgot how incredibly beautiful the cinematics are on the b-roll footage in this investigation. I believe I remember y’all saying that Joe does the editing of your episodes and whomever it is doing it is simply brilliant and should be making feature films. Just beautiful.
Just have to say Joe And Elliot that no matter what happens in your search for the paranormal, whether there is a ghost or not ,you are a great to watch because you can be so funny in the things you say and do. Don't put yourself in danger, ie , falling through floors etc in the name of ghost hunting , you do more than enough, stay safe .

I actually live quite close to this place and had the opportunity to actually investigate this with permission of the caretaker. The interesting thing is that it was me and two other guys and the men were so affected with the place. That scream you heard is what they heard twice but I didn’t hear it once. Interesting we never got any k2 hits at all but did get one evp which was just someone agreeing with what I was saying. It’s so sad as a local that the development company that bought the place removed parts of the roof to get it to rot quicker so is almost completely rotten now. It is full of asbestos and is still trying to get planning for it to be turned into flats. One thing I can say is there is no way I would live in a flat built on that land! Well done guys xxx

Loved the video … but just saying, with any “screaming”, you can’t discount foxes. They emit the most blood-curdling shrieks, which sound very human. Of course, I wasn’t there, it’s just something to bear in mind.

Joe, when you explained that you'd been working lots & living off those damn energy drinks (which are dangerous as shit even for a young guy like you!) I got really worried for you!! Your symptoms sounded very much like an episode of severe acute tachycardia. Caused by a variety of things, but in your case probably an electrolyte imbalance complicated by lack of rest & way too much caffeine & other stimulants in the energy drinks! Those things are destructive to one's heart!! And yes, too much and they CAN trigger a fatal cardiac event!!! PLEASE take better care and DONT rely on "energy" drinks. They're as good for you for an energy source as cocaine is and can be just as deadly! BE CAREFUL!!!

9.48 when you say 'we won't hear much cos there's no floors' I truly believe that spirits are walking around in the building how it was when they were alive. I did an investigation where we heard lots of footsteps above us even though there were no floors.

Sounds like someone was very aware that you were on the property. The scream and the whistle following it was almost like someone pissed off having to come in to get you was trying to grab your attention from a distance without coming in. Then said screw it and went and laid on the car horn for a while to let you know they were aware. Probably watched you until you dipped out and they went on about their night. Really cool old building though! That theater hall was a sight to see!

Sounded like a car skidding to a halt and then the alarm being activated. The end where the horn kept going off kinda reinforces that I think. Maybe some of the locals knew you went in there and drove over or called the cops? Could have been beeping to scare you out. The EMF and app though, pretty sure that part is paranormal.

6:08 definitely looks like a child is at the end. I can't tell how they're sitting or appearing, either way they look misshapen and have a weird blue/grey glow to them. There looks to be a pure black figure behind them too, and at 6:10 it almost appears they've scooted a little further back into whatever room they were in the doorway of. 9:33 shocked me bc now looking down the same hall there's absolutely nothing. I've gone through at half speeds to try and see if anything vanishes or appears and it doesn't seem like it. If it is a figure at the end, they seem to be observing, maybe frightened?

That place was most definitely haunted, the scream...well at first I thought it was an owl or a vixen but nope, it did not sound animal like at all. I would have noped my way out of there so badly!

Roy Pembroke I have visited places( didn’t know if they were haunted) on few occasions in the daytime and heard and experienced voices phenomena. It’s not always at night
I was actually wrapping myself what an episode guys but a funny moment at beginning when one of you was climbing up some stairs and you said well that feels pretty solid yes and so are the stairs brilliant
