it would be great if you can make videos from the perspective of the audience. for example you can give situation based specific advice . like : How to break into CRE development from Architecture /Construction background ? How to break into CRE from accounting background ? How to break into CRE given that you have an MBA ? ...etc
The last point is very very true, when i started working in south florida re i expected alot of competitors but nah very small community, even all of the comapnies that rejected me immediately started reaching out with their recruiters to start a dialogue lmfao
