They are very hard to do, because jumps become difficult as we age we lose the collagen from our joints and between our bones and also we become more rigid on account of this and it becomes harder to balance ourselves.

Right now there's only a small roller rink in my neighborhood and all the ice rinks are almost two hours drive one way. So I've been mostly roller skating though I did buy some good ice skates barely used at a thrift store a few years ago.
