Royalty is also highlighted by the way you present yourself. She embodied a sari, with a tika and flowers in her hair, bangles in her hand and pearls in her neck. Yet she is fluent both in English and Hindi. Now, that is a true Indian woman who is not ashamed to appreciate and show respect to her culture. Lots of love and respect. An absolutely delightful conversation. Not only the answers but how the podcast was conducted has a freshness to it. Having seen the Palace documentary on Lallantop earlier, one is very impressed at how the Royals of Baroda have looked after their Heritage and are much loved by the people for their genuine humility and service. Maharani Radhikaraje herself is very classy and down to earth yet exudes an inner strength that's regal. This was a treat to watch.
She is so simple, beautiful, intellectual, down to earth, cultured, rooted with moral values, divine and pure soul. Words are less to express my gratitude to her. Thanks to Ranveer 😊
FYI This lady posts appreciation for British monarchs on instagram. Same people who made India the poorest, bcz of whom they had to sell most of their precious belongings. Her property is still worth 25 thousand crs. These people didn't lose as much as they say. They had a good life even after taxation imposed by the Indian government.

Completely Agree with Raniji about the amount of contribution which Gayakwad family has done to Vadodara until today as well. They are still our Raja and Rani... Proud Barodian as well

Something extraordinary understanding and universal thought being conveyed so lucidly by Maharani Baroda. So much spiritual practice and culture has been prevalent in the Palace is superb and anybody will gain from the honest and beautiful expression from the pure human being - Maharani Baroda. We can understand very well how the Maharaja met Sri Aurobindo in England - the Divine too continued to work unseen - and decided to offer the post of professor in MS College to him in those days.
I am proud that she is Maharashtrain😊

Her property is still worth 25 thousand crs. These people didn't lose as much as they say. They had a good life even after taxation imposed by the Indian government.

Completely Agree with Raniji about the amount of contribution which Gayakwad family has done to Vadodara until today as well. They are still our Raja and Rani... Proud Barodian as well
She is so gorgeous, poised and a great orator. Wow everything about her is royal and she is oozing with her highness ❤
First time I saw Radhika ji on Lallantop. I could sense and feel her simplicity and innocence. In this podcast also I could see the same.
Maharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad is one those rare Kings who designed Baroda city in such a way that no one can imagine!!
He was a very passionate, royal and an intelligent King!!
He was the favorite of the British. He had the money and freedom that others who opposed the invaders did not have.

This episode was a deep dive into the rich history, cultural contributions, and enduring legacy of the Gaikwad dynasty, all through the lens of Maharani Radhikaji’s personal experiences and insights. It was a tribute to the enduring legacy of the Gaikwad family and a testament to Maharani Radhikaji’s own contributions to this legacy. It was a privilege to listen to her stories and perspectives, and I came away with a renewed appreciation for the history and culture of Baroda. Hats off to Maharani Radhikaji and her illustrious family for their remarkable impact on society. 🙏

Great to witness FIRSTHAND.
One of the best podcasts I had ever watched... Maharani of BARODA has really portrayed her culture, traditions, royalty in such a humble and organised manner... Seriously the palace which is ( LAKSHMI VILAS PALACE OF BARODA) IS ONE of the most beautiful palace i had seen .. I was really amazed by the beauty of the palace..i seriously now crave to visit it the 4th time. I feel lucky to have been posted in Baroda....at that time...wish to visit it again... Also she is so humble and kind and definitely showed very clearly and respectfully what does royalty really stands for !!
