    Pwede po ba iinclude ang mga yearly bonuses, allowances etc para maging mas mataas ang income?

      Hi! As long as income is documented, its possible it can be included. This is subject na to the discretion of the bank.

    Kelan po dapat bayaran sa developer ung hindi macocovered na amount sa loanable kc 80 to 90 percent lang ang pagappraise ng bank sa property i.e. 1.8m ang loanable tapos 1.6m lng icocover ng bank, ung 200k na difference kelan po dapat bayaran sa developer?

      Hi. The bank will base the loanable amount on the computation given by the developer. If in case the approved amount is less, then yes, the buyer will pay the difference.
