TY for the video.The struggle is real. Been way easier to put it on than get it off! Lose 2 gain 1 or 2 lol > roller coster. I feel like I self sabatoge myself for losing weight. Oh you did great, let's eat a candybar. Then i end up over doing it. When i do that i track it and try and keep going.other times I don't even pick up my app BUT I finally had enough and refocused on what I'm eating and cutting the junk.. I refuse to buy another size up 🙂 YOu got this just keeping plugging along. One point at a time : -)
I'm so glad I found your channel, I saw that you subscribed to mine.. thank you for that! I totally understand when you say it's hard to lose weight and staying motivated when anxiety and stress get in the way.
I'm soooo jealous of you who have Weigmans, Meyer, and Krogers! I love watching WW videos but I'm so jealous because I can't ever find the stuff yall are able to get unless it's from Walmart, Costco, Sam's, Aldi, or Target lol!

Thank you for subscribing. I know what you mean, I mainly go to Meijer, Walmart and Aldi. Sometimes Costco, Target and Sam's. I wish I had other places to shop. I lived most my life in NY and I miss stores like Shop Rite and Garden of Eden. When I moved to Indiana I really liked Kroger. But were I live in Michigan I do not have a Koger near me. But also I watch hauls from Aldi and Costco from other states and I wish we had those items here lol.
