Actually, although a customer may not want invoice, one should be raised for every single sale, regardless of who the customer is and whether or not VAT is included. You are actually legally obligated to do so.
Hi mate I'm an Amazon fba seller in the UK and a customer requested a invoice however I'm not vat registered so I couldn't charge vat, customer will probably be annoyed that they won't be able to write off any tax, is there anyway to resolve this?
