    현실감없네요~
    6년전에 가격도 쌌는데....분양가 이하도 있고...그때 산것이 아직도 안오르면 백퍼 잘못산것~

    ㅎ 그렇게 계산하면 전국에 안 떨어진 아파트가 얼마나 되나? 창원 도심권은 저점 찍고 오르고 있는데 어이가 없네

    창원은 아파트 국평 2억도 비싸요
    지금보다 한참 50% 이상 더 빠져야할듯

    대원동은 아무것도없는데 신축이라는거하나로 .. 가격이너무 올랐어요 상가에 미용실만8개있어요ㅋㅋ6억주고 사는사람들 이해안되네요..2억이였는데
