It is 30 days to go until my Pakistan hiking expedition and I am documenting what I am doing every single day to make myself into the healthiest and fittest version of myself ahead of the trip. As well as drinking AG1 everyday, my diet will have more of a protein focus and I will be mixing up a variation of running and hiking to build up my stamina and leg strength.
In conclusion, I felt pretty invincible in Pakistan honestly! I didn't get sick once (unlike last year!) and really enjoyed the hikes.

Is travelling solo safe? - I would argue the answer is almost always yes! As long as you use your common sense and you follow your own government's guidelines about travelling in that country. I have made several videos on backpacking safety on my channel.
Do you have plans to settle down? Yes, I'm currently saving to purchase my first property in the UK and I'd love to have children one day. I doubt I'll ever live a completely 'conventional' lifestyle by society's standards though, as I often have my own preferred way of doing things.

You talk about trying to find elevation...I live in Lincolnshire. I have a quarter marathon in Dresden in 2024 and I plan on going up to my friend's up North to do some training because the most elevation rise I get is going over a bridge!
