Her voice pitch go from high to low sounds like she’s trying to sing while she’s talking not to be rude but unless you have a cold I’ll come down with sinus
@@beautyandabuilder It is NOT 'easier' to repair a collapsed ceiling, neighbor ! Or flooded wall voids. Sounds like "a lot of homes [there] in FL" all doing it wrong -- which would not be unusual.
@@beautyandabuilder What's the insurance like on these units? As a hurricane veteran I can't imagine these things will stand up to anything stronger than a tropical storm.
I was really interested in watching this video but for some reason this girl's voice annoyed me so badly I only waa able to force myself about halfway through it!
Unfortunately I cannot change my vocal cords but if you have any editing tips I would gladly take them :) I am just posting my experience trying to help others😊
@@beautyandabuilderdid you injure your vocal cords? I had a similar reaction as the other commenters, but not sure how to tell you without hurting your feelings. It’s when your voice is in the high pitch range that it sounds screechy, like you have a cold. Your lower pitch is more pleasant. Maybe you could work with a vocal coach? I’m new here, so you may have explained this already. Best to you.
Holy moly I thought the comments were being harsh on her voice over until I watched the first minute
Love this!❤
Thank you so much!!🫶🏼
nice I wanna see how it turned out
Thanks John! We're in the process of installing flooring and the cabinets in the next episode! Can't wait to share it :)

Thank You! Cant wait until its finished 🥰

Wouldn't do water lines in the walls and ceiling...
Thats how they build a lot of the homes here in FL, its easier to repair too the way we planned it and will keep everything insulated in the winter :)

That’s how they build homes in a lot of states in America

The up-talk in her "youtube voice" is as annoying as the Guy with the "ModernBuild" channel. I suggest muting the audio and reading captions.
