as for Ravi i think he should work on his english fluency skills since english proficiency is a must skill in mncs like accenture and work on confidence try talking to yourself in the mirror with the webcam cus your interview will be held on accenture website it will be a virtual interview i dont know much about p2p but your concepts sounds clear to me just work on confidence and english skills.
