Which one stays cooler in a hot car or summer day. I soon have to drive an hr from the pharmacy to my fridge with new insulin. Do most people just use ice packs?
If its just an hour and never again, save your money. This is for people who travel or are going to be away from a refridgertor for an extended period of time.

@@1is7ener65 If youre in the car with the A/C on or if you are moving, the internal temperture of your car will be under 95Fdegrees, right? It is rated to keep the temp at 36-46K as long outside temp (meaning in your A/C or moving car) is under 95F. If its in a parked car in the sun, it would be too hot, but that doesn't sound like what you are doing so the A/C or windows open and moving will keep it under 95F.
When you purchase this, does it come already with the rechargeable battery? or did you have to buy it?
