I have 2 of those rcbs primers. Old style and new. There's a detent just above the handle, if you drill and tap it 1/4-20 put a bolt and double nut there with a spring and put a hose clamp over the handle to attach the spring to, it'll automatically raise the handle back up for you. Guarantee you'll love that tool even more then. No more holding the handle up manually make priming even easier. 2nd I had some bullseye given to me bout half a pound or so. It had a yellow label and was dated from April of 07. Used it to load some mild 45 colt. It burned yellow down the barrel of my rossi brawler.
@@jesseboutdoorsreloading I added an oak ball to my RCBS bench prime due to arthritis. It makes it even easier to use, but the ball is somewhat elongated and heavy so I may add a coil spring to the return in the future. Also I added the inline priming system to the RC IV and it works extremely well when I want to prime on that press. The inline feeds get bad raps, but they all work flawlessly. The problem is that for some reason people think you just bolt them on the press and start priming, but they have to be adjusted correctly in order to work flawlessly and when I read bad reviews on them it makes me wonder how the person is actually assembling ammunition if they don't even know how to... or that they have to make adjustments to it the same as a die needs adjustment the first time for each press it's moved to.
I use Bullseye in my 38 wadcutter loads, but don’t load Bullseye with powder coated bullets until just before shooting as, over time, it interacts with the powder coat.

Jesse. Good video. Thanks for sharing and take care.
Very cool gift JB.
Enjoyed seeing the rcbs in action. Looks like a good piece of equipment .
My favorite way to prime now. Got one last year after seeing a video from Walter.

I have the RCBS, bench priming tool and it is awesome 👍
My favorite so far.
You're welcome!

I can see several advantages over different systems, short travel but great leverage.
@@johnh4957 yes it makes it very nice if you have bad hands. It’s also has a great feel to it.

I thought it was like titegroup with powder coat.
