Hello, Red loctite was what Kevin used there, remember to let the screw sit for 48 hours or it will come loose again. You could really use it on any screws that are going into metal, do not use on plastics, like a metal screw into plastic. Only use on metal screw into another metal piece. The red loctite is really strong stuff, which Kevin used here there is blue stuff not as strong though. Take care
Im telling ya Kevin, 2000 cst diff fluid in your rear shocks with purple traxxas springs turned halfway down for the rear. I havent had a single problem yet with that setup!
Hi Kev. On the servo front i have put etronix digital metal gear std waterproof servos in to mine. Part no ET2070, Working brilliantly. Look forward to seeing how the new rear bars hold up, will get some if they survive your insane bashing
@kevintalbot I was thinking on the replacement one you showed and you said they didn't fit ? I don't think they screw in ? I think they have to be tapped in ? The threads are anchors? Not screwing threads? I believe? Keep up the great work
Hey Kevin I've got an idea. You mentioned that the front steering links doesn't bend as much because of the servo saver. So...maybe you can think of a servo saver mechanism which you can install on the rear to soak up the impact. How about that ey?
So I understand xmaxx uses a different spring set up but obviously xmaxx don't have that issue using pins instead of ball joints like the erevo. Sooo how far off are the a arms and hubs from the xmaxx to the erevo? Plus I think xmaxx wheels and tires would look great on an erevo.

Why Revo havent got central diff like TLR eight T e or any other truggy ? Revo is a truggy or monster truck, and what drive feeling diffrences are between truggy and Revo ?

Raise the rear suspension and stiffin the shocks because it always is smacking the ground when it drives and that what ye don't want so maybe try that I use to have one of these and it did work a little love ur vids also
Hi kevin love the vids, i have a problem with my truck. I know you mostly deal with traxxas and i dont blame you. I have the redcat shredder v2 and i put the leopard 4082 2000kv brushless motor in it. So now the truck is 6s. My problem is that im having trouble with the small gears that connect to the diffs in the front and rear. They start grinding if i try to drive full throttle. The diff itself is ok but the small gear that rotates the diff doesnt want to work properly and redcat doesnt have any upgrades for this issue. Do you have any ideas?
I have had really bad experience with losi, axles snap and frames break. I personally didn’t like them. But it’s all in what you like. All rcs have weak points that need modifications. Hope that helps a little

Hay i have also this problem. Thise "tunning parts links" is better i have change this tubes (red) in Juni this year and its OK. The tube are better... the plastic rod ends is not better (the stock are better) (because in box is 8 caps to 2 tubes and you can buy only rod ends). After thise change tube will ok, the plastic rod ends is not from good plastic and hollow ball after big jump make to rods end bigger hole and the you must change rod end... I have buy E-revo (2.0) in 20.04.2018 and that was first problem with this car.

Tip to dry locktite faster. Use the flame from a gas soldering iron just go over it for a few seconds then leave it 10 mins works every time for me.
What was that oil kinda stuff u put on the pinion gear? I could rally use that for my erevo vxl 1/16

Revo looks beasty with those tires. Super plush suspension too. Full nylon rods would definitely solve the problem with breakage there.

if you want the lock tite to set up fast they make a primer for it that cures it in a few minutes
I've bent those links and just stuck with stock cause there cheaper. Try the RPM rod ends to stop them from ripping out.
Do u have problems with the grub screw coming out the rear drive shaft on the udr. I have gone threw like 8 of them

Don't run 6s. It's clearly to much power.

No they wont, the 2.0 uses bigger bearings
