@Flightof2Owls There's a difference between studying science just for a job and studying science with a passion which so happens that those who do it because they love it have more to say about it than those who don't. So, to answer your question, it's possible that they could have been as airheaded as they were portrayed as much as it is possible they weren't given the fact that I don't know the astronauts personally to present you the exact answer to what you're asking. So in short, it is very well possible.
Olivia Colman has a strange charisma that just sucks you right in. Like the weird aunt you respect too much to laugh at her jokes so you giggle on the inside.
@@ellenorchid01 I can see that! But i can absolutely see the comparison with Emilia because of their personalities. They’re both effusive, effervescent, delightful, irrepressibly expressive women.

I have a higher respect for prince Phillip since watching the show. Especially with Tobias performance. Such a visionary and passionate man limited by the giant structure around him but still bringing so much reformation to the ancient forms. He would have been an excellent King and politician if he had the chance and the freedom. Still he played a major role as a prince and counselor to the Queen.
Nah. Ever since the first time i saw him on screen, i knew what he was. And it was nothing good. Yes he was passionate about army ships planes. His hobbies. Pretty women. Partying. Not about his wife. Queen. Family life. He needed the spotlight and freedom. He was tamed against his will not knowing what he is getting into. Like diana. That made him a villain.
I like Ann, in the show. She's like a cheeky, naughty, wise big sister with advice to her older brother. When the prince did a term in Wales to learn Welsh to speak at that ceremony thing. And he was shunned and bullied by his peers. And he called Ann for advice. She was driving around listening to 60s music smoking a joint, I think. I imagine she had royal security in a car behind her? But maybe not. Anyone know?
More attention needs to be paid to the Tobias Menzies glow up. I just watched Casino Royals and was so stunned to remember he was M’s assistant in that. He has aged gorgeously. So handsome now!
When I was in grade school, everyone laughed at this one girl because she seriously got into a fight with a tree. She ran into the tree then got mad and hit the branch and it fell on her. Then she started kicking it. Lmao it was hilarious.
I saw HRH Princess Anne ride for the British Equestrian Team/ Eventing phase/ at the '76 Olympics in Montreal. On the cross country course (a test wherein the rider and horse jump over 20 something massive and dangerous obstacles at a gallop) in the rain, she had a fall, broke her arm, paused, wrapped it in a bandage, continued and finished the course ONE HANDED. Absolutely astonishing. A Brave, bold, Brilliant horsewoman is the Princess Royal.
That was a great interview! And honestly watching the actor it’s so amazing cause you can really feel a difference in the show and in the interview. They all have done a great job ! 👏🏼👏🏼
Ronniefer yeah but Olivia doesn’t really look so much alike the queen but she acts very good therefore is believable. Whereas the two for them are also almost doppelgängers of Charles and Anne

Erin's reaction to Princess Anne wanting to be kidnapped and she said "nah." Pretty much like "yeah nah. I'm not getting kidnapped. Carry on, scadaddle on dahling, I'm a Princess."
I don't have the privilege to know Olivia personally, but I can tell she must be one of the nicest, most authentic, natural, effortlessly cool and funniest person to be around with. And she's so great at acting that she can be really annoying while playing some characters like she did on Fleabag, and she can be really imposing while playing the Queen. She makes me NOT to like any of these people.

@@da96103 Also, Olivia is good in this role. I kind of forgot about Claire as the Queen as I continued watching. But I did Miss Claire Foy (and she might be coming back, even if for an episode or maybe more in season 4!). Both Olivia and Claire are great actresses. Though Claire is still young and is yet to earn the level of respect and admiration that Olivia has (she's hilarious! I mean her awards speeches alone are worthy of awards!). It's just that they are different people and actors, and so naturally both have infused the part of their own personality. I feel like in her demeanor, mannerisms and voice Claire did convey the Queen very well (or the impression we've gotten of the queen through the years). But I've noticed one particular thing: Claire would often twitch her hands, which I've never seen the actual Queen do (at least in the public footages we'd been shown).
