    Would love to see more content on that. Thinking of spending 6 of my wages on front kit like this one, and just need some validation xD

      Hi mate sorry for the delay replying. They are awesome for the cost. Although I think prices for the kit have risen a fair bit since I bought them

    I look forward to more e39 m5 videos. You speak of exchanging the brake master from a newer M5. I am always interested in updating mine. I have no need to kept stock so any experience you have had doing those things are interesting. 1400 +/- seems like a good price for that kit.

      Hi mate thanks for the sun much appreciated!
      I would take the Brake Master from the E65 7 series, if you have a BBK on your car I think it’s probably worth while.
      But if I do the upgrade I will definitely make a video of it and keep you posted. Yup the kit for the money is bloody brilliant tbh. With this car being supercharged it needs it

    How is the brake pedal feel with the new brakes? Does it increase pedal travel?

    • @WillV8
      @WillV8  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi mate thanks for the comment, the pedal feel is actually pretty normal, not worse, I want to try an E65 brake master cylinder upgrade for the car at some point to hopefully give the car better pedal feel.

      @@WillV8 I have been thinking of doing the E65 master cylinder upgrade on mine as well. You should make a video on this upgrade because I don't see any other videos on this. There are also 2 different part numbers for the E65 master cylinder (34336785926 and 34336797650). Not clear in the forum what the difference between them is, but if you are looking for video ideas then diving deeper into this upgrade might be a good one.

      @@borisp9499 Thanks mate appreciate that, if I do the mod I will definitely make a video on it, is one LHD and one RHD part numbers by any chance?

    • @borisp9499
      @borisp9499 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@WillV8 No, these are both for a left hand drive. One is the part number listed for E65. However, there is a TSB for oil getting into the brake booster in the E65 and the other part number is for the master cylinder upgrade associated with the TSB (the TSB says to replace brake booster and master cylinder). You can find both mentioned on the M5board forums, but I don't think that anyone has figured out what the difference is between them.

      @@borisp9499 ah Interesting thanks for the info mate I will definitely look into that more, and will make sure to do a video when I do the upgrade. Thanks for watching too 👌

    🤓so ? Did it really make a difference ? E39 stock brakes really suck, sad because the rest the amazing .

      Hi mate yes these are so much better than stock brakes, you need braided lines and decent pads on them but they work very very well especially for the cost compared to brembo etc
