I mean, there are heel flickers, but as we've seen with John Cena heelish tactics don't always amount to a heel turn( I don't really feel like the steel steps to AJ's head is a good example of a heel thing, because all things considered Cody was under better control than most of us would have been if our mom was getting bad mouth by our opponent, and if you pay attention to his lips he specifically asks his mother if she wants him to hit AJ with the steps, and she said yes, which gives me the feeling if Mama Rhodes would have said no he wouldn't have done it, but as it stands mother knows Best)
