É recheado de assuntos sobre a Engenharia Química pena que eu não manjo muito de inglês para compreender melhor seus vídeos, percebi que você é Brasileiro o seu sotaque te entregou um pouco hahaha.       Olá Henrique, é sempre bom ter um brasileiro por aqui. Infelizmente tem poucos.
      Comunicar-se em inglês deve estar entre suas prioridades para não prejudicar sua carreira na engenharia química.
      Meu sotaque e pronúncia não são das melhores não 😅 por isso mesmo sempre enfatizo no meu canal do Telegram que sou brasileiro 😂😂😂.

    você recomenda algum livro para eu aprender a química dos principais processos da indústria? eu não um estudante de engenharia química porém gostaria de aprender como é projetado as reações químicas que ocorre nas principais indústrias brasileiras

      Olá Max, essa não é minha especialidade. Mas se me permite, primeiro você vai precisar definir um pouco mais seu campo de visão. Existem muitos tipos de reações. Para começar, reações orgãnicas e reações inorgânicas. Só ai já é um mundo. Comece pesquisando por ai.

    where i can get the spreadsheet? one more thing, my medium is natural gas and the available medium do not have natural gas. I just can type "natural gas" ? like u did in the video, you type "mixed gas" ?

      Hi Amirul, this spreadsheet is available only to members of my training program INPROCESS BOOSTER. If you stream is not listed, you can type its name and inform the properties to the software.

    I have one question regarding the data sheet item 18. This information defined there is related to the gas coming from the vessel up to the valve? I mean the gas is coming upwards and then it can cause the valve to open. Is this analysis correct?

    Is cv calculated by this software is same as calculated by hysys?

      Hi Savan, no. In Aspen Hysys, for the same travel opening at design flow the CV calculated is 5.288 (no other parameters changed). Just remember that, Hysys that should calculate the CV as the same as Samson software because is the valve from manufacture that is installed in the field.

      I have a version from the time it was free to download. Eventually, you can get in touch with a Samson representative to verify how you can download the latest software. :)

    Which body type must I use for gate vale?

      Hi Hasho, the valve body type, i. e. material valve, must be chosen according to the process condition and the characteristics of the fluid.

      Gate valves are not used for control, throttling or regulation, hence the softwares will not include gate valves

    All your flow conditions are choked flow. How can you control that conditions?

      Chocked condition is not a issue if Mach number and noise is under desired condition. Vibration on control valve is one concern to evaluate. To avoid choked condition you need to decrease pressure drop through the control valve.
