OMG I could practically taste this as you were cooking it!! I'm going to try this!! Thanks so much for posting this!! It looks delicious!! I will add the mushrooms too. You always come up with the best recipes!! Have a great night!! Hugs, Colleen xox :)
Looks very tasty! A trick my mom taught me when making stews/ pot roast coat your meat in your case turkey in flour before you throw in the pan to brown and it will thicken your gravy nicely and you wont risk having the raw flour taste! Not saying yours had a raw flour taste!!! Just something I found helpful! Green beans are the best in beef stew, dave is a smart man!!
Your food always looks good, nice and tasty and filling, I see some on youtube and I think I'd be starving after eating that, it's more like an appetizer than a main meal, maybe I'm greedy lol.
turkey is the only meat that I eat besides a lil fish sometimes. I just love this recipe, no mushrooms, like yours. I will sautee the oinons, and maybe preboil the taters n carrots. TOMORROW this will be my Sundays dinner

I bet it would be just as good with chicken but maybe use chicken gravy instead of beef? I'm not sure
