@@kirarus1831 why klimt? Because of the mosaic of texture, color, sparkle and original interpretation of shapes. Why I liked it? Because it is just so original, yet wearable and tasteful. It is classic, but new. Chic.

Definitely see the African influence, elements, shapes, and inspiration! What an amazingly beautiful collection! I didn't know Chanel did collections like this! The venue is crazy! 👀 Love the classic tweed jackets. Long top coats. I'd love to see the sneakers (which a onlooker is wearing) incorporated in the show. I think they can be dressed up and down.

Jura? Achei uma das piores coleções, se não for a pior. Muitas peças parecem baratas, com cara de Zara e aquela blusa com logo é algo que eu facilmente encontraria em um camelô. Sinceramente, poucos looks se salvam. Não são todos ruins, mas a maioria é decepcionante.

@@devonzoal9385 entendo! Notei que a maioria dos comentários das pessoas elogiando (em analises do tiktok, por exemplo) acabavam focando na diversidade mesmo, que de fato é escassa na Chanel. Mas analisando friamente a coleção, foi meio difícil acreditar que foi feita por uma Maison tão renomada. Mas, se tratando da Virginie, nem deveria ser tão surpreendente assim. Raramente gosto de alguma coleção dela, embora a coleção SS23 tenha sido bem interessante.

I adore the work of the artisans Chanel employs- the embroidery, beading, handwork and tailoring are all impeccable. I’m just not a huge fan of the clothes themselves, unfortunately.

Excellent show. The colours in the woven fabrics were magical. And did I even see denim? The jewellery is always too much at this house but I could live with that. And I love when haters' spleens explode just because African women taking up space triggers their powerless racism . LOL! Because diversity will continue and they are impotent to do anything about it. The designer and the casting director are the ones with the power to choose the models, not racist nobodies, 😊thankfully.
I've been waiting decades to see the adoption of cultures into these collection.
