My base's coordinates are -1067, -1429. I have 3 Hexalite crystals just a few feet away from each other in an almost perfect little triangle in my base.
I am glad I made my Legend Swift Infinite Stamina Runner Pallidus last week. I was using it for dungeons, but it'll work just as well for speeding around and avoiding missles.
Step 1: Catch a Smokey. Step 2: There's a cave and its entrance is at ground level at -1210, -1104. Enter the cave. Step 3: Make it all the way to the end of the cave where you'll find a level 59 human boss inside. Kill the boss. Step 4: Get your Smokey out and activate his Pal skill. You'll see some small mounds pop up with flags sticking out of them. Get your best pickaxe (preferably Pal-Metal pickaxe) and get to work. That's the best place to farm Chromite. To make things even easier, you can actually place a Paldeck inside that area in the cave and just farm Cholite from within your base whenever you want. Oddly enough, it lets you build a base inside the dead-end of the cave with the boss inside.
