Your library room looks amazing. This is the first year I've ever had a bookshelf in my room, so I do need to clean it and maybe reorganize it, but when it comes to unhauling books (a new word for me, honestly) I do it very slowly, not all together in one go, and give it away to the library, where it can have a new home. 📖
If you've got ikea bookshelves, I recommend buying extra shelves, you can get them separate on their website! Otherwise there's lots of spare space between the top of books and the shelves above, but not if you add an extra shelf :) Worked wonders for me, I got so much more space!
I'm new here and just wanted to say thank you for showing the dust, I struggle with my mental health and can be really hard on myself when I see the smallest amount of dust on my shelves. I appreciate you keeping that in and being honest, makes me feel so much better about myself

Your best bet is to unhaul first then you can see what you have left then check what's been on the shelves unread for over 6 months and unhaul them . Thats how i do it. Any books I don't often go in my other bookcase.

I was watching another uk booktuber Who said im going to put my tree up even though it’s only November- maybe it’s different in the US but my family always puts our tree up in November. Most people I know do… I think waiting until December is a lot of work for very little time and enjoyment of it 🤷🏼♀️
