- The family of a teen found dead along the side of an Oklahoma highway in September says they still have no answers about what happened to him. 19-year-old Noah Presgrove was found lying dead, wearing nothing but shoes, along a rural stretch of US-81 in Jefferson County on Labor Day in 2023. An outsider investigative journalist needs to do digging on all the kids at that party. They know what happened and one or more were involved. I bet they’re a kid of police, mayor, or wealthy family

I agree someone higher up needs involved, I’d be calling the state’s attorney general office every couple days. Those teens should have been questioned immediately, not days later. Sounds like someone of some importance kid was involved. Since found unclothed, was he sexually assaulted, were drugs or alcohol involved? Maybe not made public information, but the family has a right to more answers. The police either already have the answers, or are to incompetent to actually get the answers. Please go outside the jurisdiction, & find who you need to get answers, someone should be able to tell you who to contact. I’d even call the FBI, & see if they could tell you who to talk to"

Drinking buddies, party friends, Frat bros, work friends, etc. are NOT true friends. They will ditch you in favor of a good time, and at any sign of trouble. You are pretty much on your own when you binge drink. I say this as someone who spent my mid teens- mid 20's highly intoxicated. It is an absolute miracle I made it out alive.

I’m going to search some other cases I’m following that I saw where it’s a right to get this. Maybe the ME is crooked also. This may be an option to have your nephew examined by a private ME you hire to go another autopsy. There are people/ attorneys that may take this case pro bono. This definitely is being covered up and land owner needs charged for allowing underage drinking. That can maybe be just cause for a warrant to have the house searched for blood. So glad you and Noah’s other family members are pushing for justice.

I had a close friend that decided to take a "street" drug w/other people at a party. he was found 2 days later, naked, deceased in some woods. turned out the substance made you overheat, sweating-high blood pressure- etc. what a loss

The condition in which Noah's body was found leads to speculation as to the cause of his death, and I wonder why this hasn't been resolved. A high percentage

Why do the authorities always do this to the family?? They ignore you! Grieving families are treated so badly when something like this happens! Kentucky is notorious for this kind of behavior! I believe and I could be wrong - but i believe it has to do with not giving hope. They're trained to be stoic in a sense, and appear heartless. Its awful but they're trained not to be compassionate to the families until there is concrete evidence.

If I was the parents, I would be going to every newspaper in the state and out of asking for help in investigating this crime. Thr interviews indicate police are not releasing anything to fsmily. The autopsy sounds incomplete. Naked, and blunt force trauma is a preliminary ruling.... family needs to keep pressure on.... raised suspicions based on what happened by the teen accounts and changing stories...
The toxicology could be a larger part of the picture then anyone would suspect. Certain drugs make people feel numb, possibly explaining the "slapping" stuff going on. If someone at that party gave him fentanyl or some other drug, even if he voluntarily took it, they could be held liable for things ..no one wants to be involved in those cases and it's still not to say that is what happened because it most obviously wasn't the cause of death, but just like in Riley Strain's case ..there's more to that story too but it's coming out more quickly. This is so sad and heartbreaking for this family because they have had little input or feedback from his friends and police. Trust me on this when I say that police don't always want things to come to light or even care. I personally know of a case where people know who ran a kid down but no one is going to say anything for whatever reason and it's crazy cause his friends even know . People are losing their consciences in this sick, low-life world . Even all those frat boys from Riley's case still out partying after , stone-cold silent ..come on!!! Someone knows .. more than a couple people know what happened to this young man here also and if there isn't some SERIOUS pushing done by the cops or some other investigator, it will just drift off.
If the toxicology reported a new strain of something then they have no choice but to keep their mouth shut because how else are you going to be able to follow that trail

Heard the grand jury has named 2 suspects. Those names are easily found. Based on everything I’ve heard and read about that case, it most likely is the two boys who did it. Neither of which are Buster or any Murdaugh!!

Autopsy by a medical examiner?
The Oklahoma State Medical Examiners Office did Noah's autopsy. They haven't released their findings. Not to the family especially but to anyone at all.
There seems to be a lot of weird shixx that happens in rural OK. I have to believe that maybe without even realizing it Noah made someone mad at that party or a group of them at that party decided they just wanted to kill someone and Noah was an easy target. There is obviously nothing being done about this case. IMO when a murder like this is for all intents and purposes swept under the rug it's either one of two scenarios. Either the person who committed the crime has power, prestige and judicial and political connections or is the son or daughter of someone who does.

I live in OK and never saw this story.
I also had a son who was deep in the drugs and partying and we had no idea how deep. But it’s a miracle he’s alive, as well as us. His connections and actions put all of us in we had to move danger

It really was wild. He was very athletic. He was a four sport athlete, wrestling, football, track, and cross country. He went to state for wrestling, and was actually offered a full scholarship for it. He didn’t want to continue his school career, though, and had made plans to join the military.

I live in Oklahoma about 4hrs away. This is the first I’ve heard about this case.

That alone speaks volumes. Usually when a young person gets killed it's all over local news.....
Hit and run was ruled out. There was no evidence of “wrap around,” where your body would mold the to vehicle when being hit, especially at high speeds. At those highway speeds, they also ruled out that he could have been hit by a mirror, as his head would t have been attached to his body if that had happened.

So, where were his clothes? Have they been found?
There was a pair of shorts at the scene. A friend picked them up and put them in the back of his truck before the scene was processed, then pulled them out and dropped them back on the ground. That particular pair of shorts was not documented on social media, as this whole party was all over Snapchat. The clothes he was wearing prior to him being found are gone. His bff said they gave them out to various friends as momentos, instead of turning them into the police.

Also go to as many independent investigative reporters possible, as well as true crime podcasters and content creators (only reputable and respectful ones, though! I can give you a whole list of who NOT to go to, some might be surprising as they have a lot of followers, but they’re incredibly problematic and don’t do good work!) to start getting the word out on this case as far and as wide as possible so there can be public pressure!! Look at the coverage of the Preston Lord case and how much involvement happened that pushed the case forward and has even caused old cases to be opened as a result!

I’m sure there are loads of gorgeous pictures and pictures that show his fun personality that don’t include a lewd gesture in them, he’s a handsome young man!! Hoping justice will soon be served in this horrific case.
