A sand storm in Vegas, fog at Pocono, tweeting DAYTONA 500, tire blows on pit road, Robby Gordon's car on fire after pitting, Mark Martin hits Jimmie Johnson during the pace laps, Safety Car catching on fire? Man, too many unusual things happening!!!! I like Brad Keselowski's tweet thing at the 2012 DAYTONA 500. 👍👍

The race where the concrete broke off into chunks due to the torque/grip of tires was pretty weird. Didn’t one of the top contenders get taken out by a concrete chunk in that race? Might have been Jeff Gordon. Dale Jarrett hitting the snapping turtle at Talladega was wild too. He won the race.
So with the Menard Fire, where was the NASCAR safety team when he pulled into the pits. You would think there would be two or three guys with fire extinguishers ready to go.
Nothing more satisfying than seeing either of the Busch Brothers knocked out of the race. 2nd most satisfying thing to see is Gordon and Johnson not finish a race.
I think that if a piece of media equipment or equipment not built into the track damages a car bad enough the driver should be allowed to switch to a backup if it’s available WITHOUT penalties.
