- Video footage from the area around Avdiivka shows a Ukrainian Bradley from the 47th Mechanized Brigade knocking out a Russian T-80 tank with a tow missiles north west of Berdychi.
More footage of Ukrainian Bradleys in action also shows a Ukrainian Bradley engaging a Russian MT-LB with its 25mm cannon after the Russian APC dropped off Russian soldiers on the frontline.
In response Russia released several videos showing FPV and Lancet drone attacks on Ukrainian Bradleys in the same region.
The video features commentary explaining the event aswell as maps showing the exact location of the event for better understanding.

The Shipunov 2A42 30mm cannon on the BMP-2 is superior in caliber, penetration and rate of fire and the BMPT "Terminator" has two of them which can mow down an entire forest, there is a video you can find even here on the biased TH-cam to me the bushmaster is lacking in many ways

The development of that vehicle was... not good. Likely they're thinking of that mess. It was so hilariously bad it spawned a whole movie... Pentagon Wars. The product you see now has had plenty of time to be tested and issued fix packages to make it amazing. Also, Russian gear is just hot garbage so the bar here is really low to start with. For cars it's like asking Porsche "can you do better than the Pinto?"

@@sirstone Yea it is the smoke generator, smokes of getting hit is dirty white to dark as it mix with other chemicals and flames so this smoke is most likely a White Phosphorus smoke
Bradleys, like most western armoured vehicles, don't use smoke generators like that. They use smoke grenades to create multispectral smoke screens.
russian T-tanks use their exhaust system to mix in fuel and generate a continuous smoke trail like that, which however is transparent for enemy thermal optics.

That Brad getting hit is using its smoke generator, if it was a serious hit it would have black smoke. The smoke generator creates white smoke by spraying some fuel into the exhaust that is on the right side ahead of the turret.

Out of all NATO equipment given to ukraine, i can say that the Bradley is doing its job pretty good. Yes, its not invincible, but it showed itself capable of fighting this war, unlike Abrams and Leopard tanks.

The most useful weapons they received are ATGMs and MANPADs. But the most crucial assistance that helped them repel the initial invasion and still keep going 2 years later is intel. Intel is absolutely critical from sinking naval ships to shooting down inbound air threats to anticipating routes of advance.

funny thing is, the MT-LB is a fine enough vehicle as it *literally* is named armoured tractor basically. Logistics, towing stuff, acting as AA system or Anti-tank missile system at most, getting through mud or swimming more like. It's also very old but pushing it to be an IFV instead of straight APC is really pushing it outside of its comfort zone even years ago.

Daniel Patt, a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute, told Congress back in March the 155mm GPS-guided Excalibur artillery shell "had a 70% efficiency rate hitting targets when first used in Ukraine" but "after six weeks, efficiency declined to only 6% as the Russians adapted their electronic-warfare systems to counter it."
Uh, Excalibur's been in use in Ukraine for years now. If it had suffered that much of a degradation of performance, pretty sure we'd have heard about it.

MTLB is "multi-purpose towing vehicle light armored", unarmed. I don’t understand what a great achievement it is to shoot at an unarmed vehicle by Bradley. The Russian army is moving forward every week, and NATO is still thinking about supporting Ukraine with weapons or waiting a little longer.

Honestly, I enjoy these narrated videos. It’s a lot more lively than the videos with just plain text.

@@yarnickgoovaerts I doubt Russia would find it worth getting eradicated. Moving NATO troops in would most likely bring Russia to the negotiation table, but it's a risk nobody is willing to take. WW2 was made a lot worst because the allies didn't want a second world war and stayed in denial in front of Germany's ambitions. Not acting now is just repeating the same mistake.

Judging from the left side tracks fallen off on the T-80 tank, means it was already disabled. Looks like it drove over mines. And then it was struck by missiles.
Less likely that it was destroyed by TOW missiles and then drove into mines.

Not sure Putin's demonstrating what he thinks he is with these videos. Yes, the Bradley isn't indestructible; pretty sure we knew that, Vlad. What it does seem able to do is take a crippling hit and still both protect its crew from the initial strike and get them to cover before becoming inoperable, which is something even full Russian tanks can't manage with their "turret-toss" tendencies.
The Bradely is just more mobile. The Russians were mocked as fighting with shovels, mocked for their defence lines with the dragon teeth but so far have proven to actually be pretty good at war! All western armour that has been sent to Ukraine has been crushed. Bradleys are probably doing better than most of the other stuff but have you forgotten "Bradely square" in Zaporizhzhia? It was nicknamed that because the Russian army was destroying so many Bradleys at that point, it became a cemetery for them.
We can agree that media coverage is greatly anti-Russian so you'll mostly see their losses, not wins. The real picture is much more grim for Ukriane. Also PS the US and allies have never actually fought in a real war against a peer army. Only against farmers and goat herders in flip flops wielding AKs. Despite the entire west feeding Ukraine intel and arming them, Russia is still moving forward. The casualty numbers for the Russians as stated by western media are highly inflated, meant to paint a certain picture. The "meat wave" tactics allegedly being used are absolute BS too but buy it if you want. Ukraine should have negotiated and should do the same now. Russia will absolutely take the Donbas and Lughansk as was their stated goal. Only Odesa is in question.

Here's some analysis for you: during the PoV shots from Bradley the trees to the left don't have any leaves, it looks like the very beginning of the spring, while in the video of the Russian vehicle being supposedly hit by Bradley the trees to the left are covered with leaves. The firing rate doesn't match, too.
