Some things that have helped to control my hairfall include: (1) I stopped wearing ponytails because it leds to tension damage. (2) I began massaging my hair and scalp 2 times a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while bending over & holding my head inverted to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Covering my head while moving out to shield my hair from pollution. (4) Using mild shampoo again from liittleextra only to cleanse my hair.

Hey Neha, get the nutri one for dry/thick hair. I have thin, fine hair and have used both shampoos. I lose even less hair with the nutri and it's more hydrating. My hair doesn't look flat or oily. It's advertised on adore beauty as being for thick hair, but the kerastase website advertises it for dry hair. So I think it's actually fine for thin hair. Hope this helps

Hello! I have fine, thin hair prone to breakage and hair fall. Im in search of products to treat my hair problem, and im stuck between Loreal Serioxyl Treatment, and Kerastase Genesis/Densifique. Can you help me choose, please..?😞

have you tried collagen gummies, scalp scrubs, scalp serums, battery scalp massager, hothead caps which are fantastic when used for hair masks. castor oil massages are good and preshampoos.

You need to use castor oil. Washout in the morning and Karatin hair spray conditioner, item used gor damaged hair are the best.
