Just found a complete set of these cards in perfect condition at a swap meet. Got the whole set for $10. If she's right I made myself a nice little profit
89 Score is one set I do not have from this era. I have the 89 Traded. Never bought the set because it didnt have the Griffey. After watching the video I think i should get a box.
Ehh, way too much worship of PSA and grading in this hobby. The Martinez card isn't even a true rookie card as Fleer had one of him in 1988. If anyone is paying $30+ for PSA 10 copies of cards you can get for under 75 cents raw, you're getting hosed.
I still haven't been able to find me a John Schmaltz card.
Logic , you need to read my post! You jinxed me!!!!!!!!!!!

Graded & slabbed cards in top shape can bring decent prices -- either way, you can't really go wrong for $10.
Always loved the design. Toured the Score printing plant as a kid and got free cards.
That's pretty cool. Would have been hard to leave!

Not the greatest set ever, but still a fun older issue. Have fun!
I can't find any Schmaltz cards either!!!!!!!!!!! I've gone through 3 boxes!!!!!!!!!!! Logic Overload, you jinxed me!!!
I have the complete set-sealed.
Now I want to open some 89 Score :)
Would make a fun vid and should come pretty cheap. Thanks for watching!
Show the beeping back of the card.👍🤬
Score never bothered me. Besides the quality photos they had great write ups on the back.
Yeah, Score wrote a novel on the back of the card which made their cards uniquely entertaining.
Great video. You are a great Commentator. Kerp it up!
Thanks for watching!
