Oh Queenie I was there the first day it appeared. I can tell you that 2 American sisters now have a new favorite store! The decor is to die for the advent calender windows WOW!! I love London! Love!

Popped in to F&M last week to pick up my figgy pudding for Christmas. I love your videos; I hope they encourage lots of people to support our British shops and purchase British goods! 💙❤💙
Fortnum's windows are definitely special. Maybe a little tinsel and glitter? I'm all about the SPARKLES!! In that understated British way of course though hehe
❤ ring them up and ask them what they do with some of their decorations after Christmas. I used to work for a man who used to say 'if you don't ask, people ca only say no' try it😊
Thank you so much for taking the time to show us those windows Queenie! I do wonder if the style of decoration is maybe a little influenced by King Charles. He is so much of an environmentalist and for the first time (as far as I know) F&M also offer vegan biscuits. And I can’t help but wonder if they are trying to incorporate more of what the new King „stands for“. After all they are a royal supplier… but maybe it’s just coincidence…Greetings from 🇨🇭

Fortnums seems to have e got a little list this year. They don't really feel very Fortnums at all, really. I thought we could rely on them for tradition and magic.... Qxxx

I must say I didn’t really like the windows, not very Christmas themed, very self serving advertising their products which you can walk in store and see, I don’t think they would appeal to children. I was in NY last December, the windows at SAKS are the best I’ve ever seen, wish FM would do something like that!
@NancyHooper-i9r Hi Nancy! I'm inclined to agree with you, to be honest - I think they're cute, and there's elements of fun there, but I didn't feel they were Christmasy, really. They didn't have that much Fortnum's sparkle either - they normally tell a story in a much more imaginative way and pay a lot more attention to Christmas tradition. Overall, Fortnums haven't been great this year :( I LOVE watching TH-cam videos of New York at Christmas time - it's the absolute best! I will go and look for SAKS ! ♡ ♡ Lots of love Qxxx
