While your monitor may be capped, your hardware can generate frames and still provide input faster. I also have a 144hz monitor but find Siege more responsive and reactive without a frame cap. Definitely something to look into. Also want to note that you can get better results with the Nvidia reflex boost on, with boost off.
even if you have 144 hz monitor unlimited fps will get you closer to 144 hz unless you have amd/nvidia/v/ -sync on. Because fps and refresh rate with out these options run separately meaning the have to overlap to work. if you have sync on it forces them to overlap but you lose some input lag.
dont cap fps so close to your monitor refresh rate, at least 1.5 of your monitors refresh rate. you hv to consider when something like 1% drop happens. only cap fps when your gaming fps below monitor refresh rate. if so, cap fps to slightly lower then average gaming fps. there’s way to cap certain fps in pc files
Green feels so right, I always find myself recentering myself with it, I wish I could change the hipfire color as well, the default white kind of throws me off
TAA, or anti aliasing has nothing to do with screen tearing, And has minimal effect on fps drops. Antialiasing is what makes edges of things at angles not look jaggy, or 'stair stepped'. vsync or fps caps will stop screen tearing, but in vsyncs case, at the cost of latency you will feel when moving your mouse about the screen. and ideally you dont want to cap your fps close to your monitors refresh rate if its low, (or lower) as even having excess frames can lower your felt latency with your controls, even if the actual frame update is still locked to the monitors refresh rate.
if you have more than a 144hz monitor you cant do it cuz the max cap is 144fps, so if you have a 240-420hz monitor you need to set it to unlimited fps.
yes but you can cap the fps using software like RivaTuner or from your brand's gpu software... i capped it to 240fps even though i have a 165hz monitor just to achieve a lower frametime
I can't play without teammates outlines. i keep confusing teammates with enemies on site...
1st tip is wrong, white crosshair is funny so its obviously the correct option
Purple sight is gay

No green (Idk about red) is the easiest for your eyes to see not process
Yellow and White are the two colors your brain see's first. That's why School Busses are Yellow.
Yes this is a reupload, apologies!
It’s okay I’ll watch it twice
it's okay I'll watch it halved
dude! thank you for being so straight to the point! no long intro and pretty good tips for beginners!
Why did bro do a random cut at 12:43 💀

my 1% lows do not exist with a capped fps and I have a 240hz monitor

This video is full of misinformation lol
Twitch’s f2 has crazy recoil now I’m confused why people think it doesn’t?
@@mrdollamike1856 Higher sensitivities make recoil easier to control, me personally, can’t control that shit on console at ALL
Her dmr is goat, I main twitch since forever and started playing with the dmr since the f2 nerf and never been happier
On PC with compensator it's really easy as long as your sensitivity isn't low
It’s mostly just straight up so a lot of people don’t think it’s too bad
@@alkafps yeah I just think it’s too inconsistent, it was crazy at one point though
If your experienced you have a general idea of where the crosshair is tho

Good thing, i have a 16:10 monitor... changing your aspect ratio without the fitting screen is more cheating in my opinion.
12:43 you just edited the screen shake out...
Color of pooldesk is-omg its perple......bad recom
Also stop saying some of these are mandatory, because all of it is personal preference
back in old siege when u shot your gun your screen would shake a little bit but i never had that back then is there some type of setting for it?
Ya it's in display or access ability
I think ubi should add a dynamic crosshair color, where it always shows the inverted color of what you’re looking at
Yeah no I would have a stroke mid game
too unrealistic

Changing res will not in any way, shape or form, make you see someone faster
Not faster but bigger so you can probably see them sooner if they just quick peak
biggest placebo effect
Cyan
res isn't preference its 4:3 84 fov anyone who says it isn't is a plat peak at most
so most pros are plat peaks?
