Do you use stainless bolts that go in the water pumps where it goes through the bottom outlets that hold them to the block since they are always in the coolant?
Flatheads are too expensive to not have a good aluminum radiator and fan, I drive mine a lot in the Virginia humidity, a mechanical fan can’t keep it cool enough

I just use steel and put pipe sealer on them to keep the threads clean and dry
